So glad you liked the gym! Once I get going there I absolutely love it. I look forward to hearing about all the great things you'll learn there.

A half marathon..... I know...what did I get myself into. That's 13.1 MILES!! Yeah, sounds alot smaller when ya just say "a half" don't it? All kidding aside, I am way excited about it and very curious to see just how I do over the coming months. There is no time for excuses to slack off or not train, and that is exactly what I needed.

I'm sorry you're stuck at work so long. That really bites! I hope you're off tomorrow at least??

YES Cassidy, you need to do a marthon too! Even if you did a 5k or something. Anything to give you something to work towards?

Let me know what you decide about your 5k... i may start training for one again soon and we can be cross-country pals, running a race the same weekend or something. I was so much better off when i was actually running...that half marathon broke my spirit LMAO!

Breakfast: Homemade chicken salad & Carbmaster vanilla chai yogurt. Coffee w/HWC, Splenda, & CO
Lunch: 1 HB egg, cheese stick, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted). 20 oz Pepsi Max.
Snack: Banana & 2 tbs creamy PB. Water w/ Crystal Light
Dinner: Wendy's Jr bacon chzburger w/ half the bun, piece of low carb veggie lasagna

Feel like I ate better today. TOM cramps starting...yee friggin' ha! Lol

Yea, I ordered directly from them. I need to order some flavored DaVinci syrups from Netrition, though.

Today's Menu:
Breakfast: Homemade chicken salad
Lunch: Piece of leftover low carb "lasagna" & string cheese.
Snack: Cashews, Coke Zero
Snack: Unsalted sunflower seeds, spoonful creamy PB. Coffee w/ HWC, CO & Splenda.
Dinner: 1 Nathan's hot dog on slice of Pepperidge Farm light oatmeal bread w/ mayo, collard greens. Pepsi Max. WW Cherry Cheesecake yogurt.

no its more like a trail mix bar (without the fruit). jason likes the payday one, i'm not a big fan of the real candy bar.
