Tofu, I dry out the liquid then soak in soy sauce, then stir fry it with sesame oil and garlic and string beans, yummmmm, now I cant have soy!!!

Back on WW...trying to make better food choices. I'm just going to try to stretch my dollars as far as I can to eat healthier stuff -- those Ramen noodles made me tired as hell!

Been using my stretch band to do arm exercises lately -- noticing more definition, so that's cool.

Jayce- step away from the Ramen, LOL They are like the worst thing ever to eat!!!! How you doing now? Groceries are a killer, man you have to look for the best prices and with gas getting higher I can only imagine what they will be this summer.

Amber: Yea, those Ramen are so bad for you...the sodium alone is ri-damn-diculous! I have still been struggling with emotional eating, so I am trying to get back in this. It's so hard to break old habits, but I'm gonna keep trying.

I get my scalp stitches out tomorrow...I'm so glad to have gotten this procedure done.

218 today, so same as last week. Back to tracking! It keeps me honest about what I put in my mouth.

216.2 today...going back down. 1st mini-goal is 213, since that was my last lowest.

Was 216.6 this morning, so headed in the right direction again. I know that lately I've been doing poorly on the weekends bc that's when he & I hang out. We usually go out to eat, so I really just need to focus on eating lower carb stuff instead of willy-nilly. Been drinking a little too much also, so going to scale that back as well.

I really wanna get to 209 soon!

I like that Jayce--- onederland by summer solstice, my weight keeps bouncing in and out of onederland and it sucks, I was really hoping that exercising would help since I was a lazy slug for 2 months I still cant go full throttle but its coming! Ok think about summer with the new man in a bathing suit you want to look hot so lets do this girl! Are you doing WW PP? I am debating between that and my muscle head one since I am tearing up the workouts.

Today's Food:
Pre-workout: 1 C. of Cheerios w/ almond milk
After: 2 scrambled eggs w/ butter. Coffee w/ half & half, Splenda & 1 Tbs coconut oil.
Lunch: Sandwich w/ Nature's Own double fiber bread w/ light mayo & 2 hard-boiled eggs, about 4-5 Tbs. sunflower seeds. Apple. Coke Cherry Zero.
Dinner: Chicken "stix" (like nuggets) & sweet potato fries, eaten w/ spicy Ranch & light mayo.
