Hey y'all...so I'm moved in, but still in the process of unpacking things. I've been working a lot, so haven't had much time to organize in there. Anyways, weight-wise, I have been struggling. I have been eating too much fast food and not exercising, so I am starting anew tomorrow. I need to go to the grocery store and get stuff so I don't keep buying crap when I'm out. I have a terrible tendency of not planning my meals...I'm too lazy!!! My 5K is the 1st weekend in May, so I really need to buckle down and get back on this C25K training again. I've just been feeling "blah" lately (winter has a hugggge effect on me), so I need to just "fake it till I make it."

I need to go back and re-read all the posts from you ladies, but I want to genuinely thank you for checking on me. I go through periods of time where I disengage from people, and it's not a good habit if it goes on too long.

Has anyone tried Sam-E? I'm seriously considering trying it. It's kinda pricey for a supplement, but I need something to help with moods. St. Joseph's Wort didn't seem to do anything.

I think for the first time in the history of TBL I don't have a favorite. I don't like any of 'em. There's ones I cannot stand and the others are just meh. Santa was prolly the front runner for me, who doesn't like Santa!

Hey all...well, I was scared to weigh this a.m. due to my binges the last few days, but anyways, I was 222.6 (up 3 since beginning of this week). Guess I should be grateful it's not more! I killed a big container of ice cream in 2 days...smh.

Eating was better today, but I've had a bad headache for awhile. Maybe it's bc we took a long walk outside w/ my nieces in the stroller. ??

Gonna have grilled chicken & cheese at dinner...going out to eat with someone I used to crush on. He said he's treating, so LEHGO! lol
