hey honey! yes working nights...my body never knows the time of day lol...sometimes my mind gets confused too.

DD today. Gonna keep it under 500, should be breezy.

I miss you! yea the exercise is a new thing. i got a trainer. and got super fat so i have to get this weight off asap. so i'm trying to hit up the gym 3-4 times a week. on my way there in about 15 or so minutes.

how long have u been doing JUDD? have u been successful? i need to hear some motivational experiences today.

I have been attempting JUDDD for about 3 weeks. First week I lost 8.5 pounds!! Mostly water retention I got rid of. Week 2, I lost 2 pounds and so far into week 3 another 2. So not super fast, but consistant!!

I have not gotten into regular exercise again yet! PATI is also doing this and she is doing wonderful!! stop by my journal sometime and say hi! WE all miss you too!.. She is doing exercise and keeping her cals under 500 on her DD much better than I AM!

I struggle with the DD, love the UP days, of course, but mostly I enjoy being able to eat every other day!! So I think this is something that I can do for life!

Good luck hon! keep it up! This plan is also very forgiving!

Looks like a nice DD. I envy you that you can eat so little and GO!.. I am still working on my DD cals. I get hungry too easily.. so I eat alot of low cal stuff like veges throughout the day.. Maybe a good meal of some protein would help me better... TRIAL AND ERROR!!..

ya know... i dunno if its because i have been exercising on my down days or what, but its been fairly easy to not graze all day. my problem w DDs is when bf wants to go out to eat. lol. then i'm like hmm what is low cal. when i'm at home its easy to just drink some water and unsweet tea all day and make the low cals work.

well its an UD for me. Based on the JUDDD website i can have 2300 cals. so here's my plan for now.

b: greek yogurt 2% with honey, bagel thin with nutella

post workout shake: jay robb pina colada protein powder, almond milk and some fresh berries

l: tuna salad and crackers (i have wheat thins and ritz so what ever tickles my fancy)

s: weight watchers cookies and cream ice cream bar

d: meatballs and a sweet potato with butter

should still leave me with a few cals for snacks, probably will enjoy crackers and cheese or crackers and peanut butter too

He's not, he wants to for Christmas but I don't want to....snow storm last year was ridic....anyways I don't like him right now...LOL

my sister is moving out this weekend, then we are giving the house back to the bank. we don't want the house. i can't even sleep there anymore when i drive down. i have been cleaning out the house and sleeping in a hotel at night. too many memories in that house.

Hey lady, your menu looks good for today. Glad to see you're gonna try to eat up to limit...from what I read that's just as important as the DD being very low. It's mind blowing to have to eat so much. Enjoy!

i know! when i first started i was trying to eat fewer calories because they said the JUDDD calculator wasn't accurate, but i'm gonna roll with it and try to hit my cal allotment. I will adjust when necessary but for now i'm just gonna do the plan the way the website laid it out. i didn't realize how much food u can eat for the cals, esp when you're eating fairly healthfully. geesh. i can eat all day. lol

I was thinking the same thing last night, maybe just do it as calculated but then my DDs would be in the 300's... It's just enough to keep it around 500

would 500 cals be about 35%?!? that is still a good losing ratio from what i've read.

LOL, don't ask yet!! No, it's actually not too bad considering all that I"ve eaten over the past week..I for the most part have just maintained. Last week was like a lesson, with TOM and eating a lot of carbs too. I lost, then I gained, then I lost..now I've gained again from going over my UD limit yesterday. I just posted I need more control so I'm going lower carb for now. I feel like a caged animal that's been let loose...

lol yea i had a similar experience...i think i got in under control the last two days or so and finally had a nice loss. down 2.4. I'll take it. this week i am keeping a calorie and weight spreadsheet. will eat my cals and try to keep it under control.
