ooh what are quest bars? I'm afraid i've gotten myself hooked on atkins bars. I love the chocolate peanut butter bar. I guess its not a biggie as long as they don't stall me. So far they haven't. I'm looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend at home!

i love atkins bars, but can't make myself pay for them! quest bars are protein bars that are pretty yummy (also not cheap) but i think better quality ingredients than a lot of products. i take them to work so i can eat in between crazies lol.

i may never weigh in LMAO! i mean i definitely will...but i'm avoiding it for now. Also i had some yummy strawberry ritas tonight after a week of pure hell at work, so i probably don't want to step on it for a few days.

Gotcha... So did Atkins bars ever cause you to stall. I love them, but only allow myself one per day! my mind refuses to believe that they are actually as low carb as they say they are.

I hear ya, I want to avoid the scale too, im going to try and wait until closer to friday to weigh in. I probably wont be under 200 until Feb next year and thats 4 months away so daily weighing in would only drive me crazy!!

never stalled on atkins bars.... i don't trust the carb counts either but i love them!

Good to hear that you never stalled with them, thats good. I never ate them the last time around so i don't know what effect they'll have. I guess if i get stalled then out they go, sad face. lol!

yea first time around i ate them on induction...i was still in school taking night classes and they were a real convenience.

yea but i've been at a stand still pretty much all week boo!! If i were you i'd stay away from the scale as long as possible, don't get addicted!!! I need to get my bum to the gym!!!!!!!!!!! mine just opened monday but we've alll been sick this week, boo!!

Heyyyyyyy!

Been calorie counting this week. I am not feeling lc right now. Not sure why, but i want to eat what i want, so i'm eating around 1500 cals per day. mostly in convenience foods, but i'm cool with that. I feel less deprived and that's what i need right now. Miss yall!
