Not having a great week, so I have been avoiding the scale. Not eating horribly, but not tracking up to my standards so who knows...

I saw a work associate today who I have not seen since December. He was blown away by my transformation. It was really nice to receive the compliments.

Another girl at work is also doing lowcarb, except she eats fruit (a lot) and drinks beer (even more.) I'm superior. Just kidding...I don't know what the point of writing that was. Just the difference that fruit and beer can make.

Tomorrow I face the scale!

I indulged in a piece of chocolate creme pie with oreo topping for my daughters birthday yesterday.
3 1/2 lbs up this morning to 164.5.

Oh well...hopefully it will be off by Thursday.

I am realizing that 162 is my new "panic" weight...

I'm leaving for Arizona tomorrow. Staying with a friend. She is a health nut and she knows she needs to take me to the grocery store so I can buy "safe" food.
She is getting married. I am performing the ceremony for them.
I'm going to be rocking my purple dress.

Back from my mini vacation! Wedding was great. I performed the ceremony for her and it went so well. Maybe I should take up marrying people on the side.

I face the scale tomorrow. I didn't eat carbs...but I drank them in the form of mocha iced coffee and Coke.

164.2 this morning...only slightly better than yesterday.
I started the morning off okay with 3 eggs and muenster cheese. Brought chicken and eggplant for lunch.

Lost 1.25 at my weightloss meeting tonight. That is for 2 weeks because I did not go last week. That puts me at +2 for the month total because I had gained...but still 2 lbs BELOW my goal, so I can not complain.

PF Changs for lunch tomorrow. Going to go check out their online information and decide what to order!

161.8 this morning. I am glad to be back under 162.
Picnic today at my mom's house...I planned the menu though so I know I will be ok. Chicken, Zucchini, Salad...I might make some devilled eggs too!

Away on vacation today! Going to try hard to eat low carb but I know my calories will be high from eating every meal out...

And I am with my skinny, petite cousins and I feel like a giant ogre next to them. I am like 5 inches taller and much heavier! It does nothing for my self-esteem.

I've been eating well on vacation but I went to a wedding then a birthday party last night. I ended up eating 2 buck-eyes, then driking 3 glasses of wine and 3 gin and tonics and one lemon drop shot!
I'm guessing my weight will be way up!

163.1 this morning. Much better then the 167.4 yesterday morning. I was so upset I could not even post it.
Being away on vacation is not good for the diet. I did eat on plan but I drank some alcohol which I think hurt me. And...eating out, even low carb, is hard because I really don't know the ingredients to all of the food...

162.5 this morning. Which is pretty good!
What's even better is that I felt really in control of my eating today...even though I unexpectedly ended up at McDonalds. (We ran into the kid's friends while we were out and they asked us to stop for lunch with them.) I got 6 nuggets and peeled most of the breading off.
For dinner I ate only 2 ounces of strip steak and some salad. I snacked on some rotisserie chicken.

Did not weigh today but last night at my weightloss group I was 165- which is a lb less than last week.
I also went to the doctor on Wednesday and I am 2 lbs down since the last time I went there...though I think that was January, so 2 lbs is not great!

Last August I started my journey and did 30 days of VLC...and I am thinking about doing it for July this year...and see if I can drop 5 lbs...
I can do anything for 30 days, right? Though I think July has 31 days...I can do anything for 31 days, right?

Day 1 of being back in control

Day one of being back in control

I'm in control today! Just about 20 net carbs for the day. Having trouble figuring out how many net carbs are in eggplant...but even if I counted all the carbs I would be under 25 net carbs.
It feels fantastic to be in control of my eating again...I logged it into ****** and I logged my weight today and I am back on track.

Day 2 of being back on track

24 carbs for the day. Again I don't know the net carbs in eggplant so it might be slightly lower...but overall I felt in control of my eating today...

We had a potluck breakfast at work today. I ate eggs, bacon and sausage. I resisted the french toast which looked very good. And I did not have any Munchkins...which is very hard for me.

And this is my second day without my DD Mocha iced coffee.

Might go walk the boards tomorrow and I will resist funnel cake.
