160.7 this morning. I'm still pleased with it!
I ate out two meals yesterday. Big wings for lunch and a salad with blue cheese and then for dinner I ate spinach and artichoke dip (on cucumbers, not pitas), a crab cake and veggies... So no suprise my weight would be up today. Plus I know yesterday was just too good to be true. We are going away this weekend so I went out and bought some low carb snacks to take with us. I got olive, cheese, ring bologna and I am baking some chicken thighs. I can put them in a cooler...and I think the hotel has a smal fridge. If not, they have an ice machine so I can keep filling up the cooler!

161.6 again this morning. Pretty happy with it.
I am making a spiral sliced ham today, devilled eggs, creamed cauliflower, and roasted asparagus today. The cauliflower calls for breadcrumbs but I think I will leave them out. I also made potato salad, but I don't like it, so I don't have to worry about eating it. I put onions and celery in it, so I won't even taste it. I hate onions and celery. I am also making rolls, which might tempt me...but I can stay strong. I just made jello for dessert. Jello doesn't even tempt me. I didn't plan on having guests, but now I have 2 coming, so I feel like I should make a real dessert, but I am not going to...FIL is diabetic and my friend is not a big sweets person. He lives alone and has no family here, so he'll be happy just to have someone to eat with and someone to cook for him. |

I was sure I would gain at my weightloss group, but somehow I ended up losing 1/2 lb, putting me at 163.5.
I was at an event today out of the office so I had very little liquid and not a ton of food, so I guess that helped! |

Woke up this morning really wanting Atkins PB cups, so I had a pack. Then I felt bad and thought I should get them outta the house...so I ate the last pack so there would not be anymore! Bad way to start the day!

Did about 5 hours of yardwork today so I guess that made up for the double dose of PB cups this morning...and for lunch I just ate 2 burger patties and cheese...so not too bad...

I have committed myself to push ups every day at 4:00 - right before I leave work. (We do them in the gym here at work.)
I also committed myself to 15 minutes of exercise every night this week. I think it will be yard work, picking up sticks, getting my garden ready. I ended up doing about 45 minutes last night when I set out to do 15 minutes... I figure I can commit to anything for 15 minutes, but if I say 30 minutes it feels overwhelming...so I will start small. |

My daughter and I did about 20 minutes worth of exercise while we watered the garden...lots of leg kicks and touching of the toes...and some squats.
I also did a lot of push ups and now my arms are SORE! |

Bought PB cups on Wednesday. Ate the last pack this morning. Time for me to admit that I have no control when they are around. No more PB cups.
Thursday night at my weigh in I was up one pound. I'm getting used to the normal ups and downs. Yesterday I had lunch with a friend. I saw her about 6 weeks ago and she did not say anything about my weightloss. Yesterday she asked me all about it. I think she might give it a try. |

Bought some awesome new summer clothes today. Size 8.
I noticed in the dressing room I have old lady knees now! On Friday I did 25 push-ups. Feeling good about it. Going to work on them every day at 4:00 again this week! |

Set out to do 50 push ups today...not all at once, just do them, short break and do more until I got to 50. I ended up doing 89. It was about 10 minutes total...
My arms are like jelly now. |

I ate too many carbs this weekend. A bite here and there type of thing.
Today I am starving. This sucks. I have been clean eating all day long today! |
