My weight was the same as last week at my weight loss group tonight! I'll take that as a win!

I'm going into weight loss mode and trying to get 5 lbs off.

I weigh in on my Wii and it was broken today...Little girl put something other than a game in there. DH took it apart tonight and fixed it.
I weighed myself on my old scale this morning though and was happy to see 164.5.

What I am really excited about was the color of my ketostix tonight!

Got the Wii fixed. 163.8 this morning! Woo hoo!
My other scale showed me at 165.5. I think that scale is unreliable.

I've been eating really well. I make up a batch of chicken thighs on Sunday and eat them through the week for lunch. I make about 12 of them, and eat 2 a day.
Breakfast is usually left over meat from the night before. Yesterday it was short ribs and they were delicious.
Dinner is something with a salad and/or eggplant.
For snack at night I have been eating either at Atkins Bar or Peanut Butter Cups. They do not seem to interfere.

I'm still drinking way too much coffee when I am home. Work days it is not so bad.

162.9 again this morning. I was afraid I would be up b/c I went to my dad's for dinner last night. Options were limited...so I ate huge amounts of turkey, about 1/3 cup mashed potatoes and a few roasted carrots.

I think just new whole meals.
We tend to eat chicken, sausage and steak every week...
Veggies we eat cauliflower, salad and eggplant.

And my husband doesn't eat cheese

I guess I weigh myself a lot because my daughter comes into the room and asks me if she can watch cartoons after I weigh myself. I weigh on the Wii, so I guess I tell her "after I weigh myself" pretty often.

I ate a huge load of wings today. Feeling like a pig. They are low carb but a lot of calories.

Then tonight I drank chocolate milk. I guess a little less then a cup.
I just sucked down some of my sons. So unlike me.
It was delicious though!

I'm so disappointed. I am on steroids and I looked at the information and it says "rapid weight gain, especially in the stomach and face."
UGH!!!

And I had a bad day at work.

Didn't weigh myself this morning, but at my weightloss group I was up a half pound last night...that makes me up 2.5 lbs so far this month. Still have 2 weigh ins though...

I've been working on my push-ups. We're doing a contest at work. Girls do push-ups, guys do pull-ups.
Did 13 today.
Last year I started at 0 and got to 8. This year 8 was my starting point and in 2 weeks I am up to 13. Real push-ups. And apparently I have really good form.

I'm frsutrated with my weight. With the number. I am thrilled with how I look and how nice I look in clothes now.

I'm going to get my hair chopped. I think my new slimmer face can handle VERY short hair...at least I hope it can.

164 at my weightloss group last night- which is a new low for me. I was 164.5 last month, gained 2.5 so far this month and now am back down...woo hoo!

I've been planning out my meals for the week on Sunday and writing down breakfast, lunch and dinner. It really helps me keep on track.

I must say I feel great about myself lately. I know 164 is exactly skinny to some people, but I feel healthy. I feel normal. I don't feel like the chubby girl anymore.
I feel like I have some control over what goes into my body.

Yesterday I ent shopping and got 3 new dresses and a tank top.
It is awesome to try clothes on and they fit. One of the dresses is actually a size 6!

159.6 this morning. Freaking amazing!

Now- there is a down side to this...which is that anything that starts with a 16X will never be good enough again. 160 will be too high since I have now seen a 159.
And I know this weight is too good to be true!
