Me niether. I can remember being 19 and working at Toys R Us. There was a lady shopping there and I heard her say she weighed 165 lbs. She was about my height. I thought that I would like to be 165. I must have been 180 then...
here I am 18 years later finally getting there.

Thank you, Liz.

I ate so much today it is horrible.
2470 calories. I am usually about 1750 calories per day.
I did not eat a lot of carbs, so maybe I should be okay with it...

For breakfast:
Salad with blue cheese
Canned chicken
mayo

Lunch:
A huge chicken breast.
Mayo
Grilled eggplant

Dinner:
2 hamburgers
salad with blue cheese
cheddar cheese
mayo

2 coffee with HWC

UGH!

On the other hand my calories have been really low this week, so my average is still below 1750 so maybe it is just evening itself out.

Extra hungry! And I had a big whoosh this morning. 163.6. That is like 1.5 down. I do get hungry right before a whoosh! I forgot about that!

Today I am wearing my new clothes. They fit me so well. They are not loose.

165.8 this morning and I am freaking out! I just want to keep losing and keep it off.
It is ridiculous that I am upset with 165.8. But I want to see that scale go down not up! Even though I know tomorrow it may be down again.

You are doing so well! I have read severa articles that advise people who are at/or near goal to give themselves a 5 pound window. Don't know if that would work for you, but your bounces are little and you are on a strong downward trend. Own it! You look fabulous.

I think that is what I need to go. Maybe say 163-168 is okay...anything above 168 is panic mode and right back to really strict induction.
I think that would give me a chance to relax a little without being so upset by the body's normal ups and downs.

I did not weigh myself this morning. I will probably get back on the scale tomorrow.

I bought a couple pair of size 8 pants. I am used to my pants feeling so big lately...having pants that actually fit is kinda freaking me out...like I am used to my pants falling off of me.
I also notice my "saddle bags" a little bit more in them.
But I am getting a lot of compliments about my weight loss...so wearing clothes that fit is good!

Oh- I bought a hige bag of M&M's to fill up my candy bowl. I always like to have it in the house for guest and my kids and hubby eat it sometime.
Yesterday my friend put it on the table while we were playing a board game...and I did not eat one! Everyone was very impressed...but honestly it did not even bother me. Had I eaten one I would have eaten a pound of them.

164.6 this morning. Not too bad. I'd like to see a 163 number though!
I did get AF this morning. UGH! That might explain my hunger though.
I'm trying really hard to remember to snack on LC food. I started putting honey in my tea. I need to stop!
I bought ketostix again. It has been a few weeks without them. I'm hoping to see it some shade of purple tomorrow. I need to sit down and cut them in half.

I just reread my journal. The size 10 jeans I bought on Thanksgiving weekend are just about too big now. Most of the pants I bought last week were an 8. I bought one pair of size 6- a nice Ralph Lauren lined pair of pants. They are a little snug- but not tight. I think after I wore them an hour or two they'd be fine.

Thank you. I honestly don't feel as strong as I used to.
Just little things like putting honey in my tea. But I guess it is something I miss and if I am going to do maintenance then a little honey in my tea 4 days a week won't be bad...as long as I keep that as my indulgence.
