I was down 1/2 lb this week. Not as much as I hoped, but I had a bad week, so I should be happy to be down at all.
I need to do another 3 day egg fast to get back on track again. I shall start Monday because it is easy to do during work.

Still hanging around! I decided to try IF this week, so Monday I had a low calorie day. Tried to stay at 500 but I was at 655.
Tomorrow will be my second day. We will see if it helps get some of these pounds off!

I was at 172 again this week at my weigh in. That was 3 weeks in a row.
This morning on my home scale I was down to 170.6. It is not as reliable as the other scale, but at least it is a downward trend for this scale.

I'm feeling better about what I am eating.

I woke up feeling strong! I weighed my ingredients for my omelet this morning so I knew what I was eating instead of just guessing.

It is a snow day and I will be stuck inside, which is hard for me. But I am going to eat mindfully and keep my eye on the goal.

I have not gotten on the scale yet, but I feel like I have been on the right track since Thursday. Not perfect, but so much better than I was.

It is a rainy Sunday so I talked my friend into being a "mall walker" with me this morning. We have one old mall with half of the stores closed and it is never croweded. We did about 3 miles in there this morning and 11 flights of stairs.


Roast beef and salad for dinner later!

I have tracked all my food today and made mostly good choices.
Going to have steak and asparagus for dinner tonight, hopefully followed with a walk around the block with my daughter!

Got on the scale this morning to a 5 lb gain! I hope the scale is broke because I do not understand.

I forgot a few days of checking in.
I have been doing okay, but not great. It has been a rough week emotionally and I am kinda feeling bad for myself and wondering why I waste the effort on this!

I was doing well weightwise, but I gained 1/2 lb at my weigh in tonight. Of course I drank 16 ounces of water and 12 ounces of coffee in the hours leading up to it, so I should not be surprised.

Hang on the best you can!! Believe me it's worth it. Coming from someone who lost 80lbs, regained all of it and is now just getting back to where I was.... hold on so you dont have to do it again, once you let go the weight will come back and all the other non fun stuff that comes with being overweight.
