Probably salt and water retention now I have it too today. Grrrrrr gained 1.8 pounds overnight? Not possible for fat ....I know I have water retention. Yours is water too. This too shall pass! LOL and hopefully will take some fat with it! Drink up the water today girl and lay off the salty things...what I'm planning!

I was glued to DWTS last night! Most did better than I thought, except George Clooney's ex, she has NO moves at all, poor baby! Trying to get my groove back from this wknds hoopla! 9 lbs down putting me back were I was last week! Need to get outta these darn 30's!!!!!!!!

Well today has been so hectic at work... the A/R lady has been out for two days and just take a wild guess who her back up is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY ARSE!!!! As if I already don't have enough work to do. I swear she did this ish on purpose because today and yesterday settlements were due out to clients and her arse decides to be sick.... UUUUGGGGHHHHHH I am like eff this ish today I promise. I have been working like a dog!

Anywhoo, here is a quick menu

B: 4 boiled eggs
S: Pork Rinds.... I know the salt!!!!
L: Burger w/ cheese, bacon(salt), mayo, pickle, lettuce, and tomato
D: IDK.... something small and no salty foods!!!!

PLENTY OF WATER!!!!!!!!! Already at 72oz today trying to drink my weight in water!!!!!!!!!

BB- yeah that girl of Clooney's got to go, she is sort of too skinny and really stiff, of course if you saw me dance, OMG scary, I need booty shakin lessons before Vegas, I was always so fat I didnt want to even move, now I am so old never having danced I got no moves, Cee Cee- can you teach me to dance over the internet? LOL Did you think Chynna Phillips looked old in the face? She was always so pretty I couldn't believe that was her!

Love BL, I am so watching tonight! I saw a magazine that had the new contestants in, looks like a good and varied bunch, I will be missing Jill though!

I've been watching Jillian over on The Doctor's. She's doing a pretty stand-up job and kickin ass there too!

I can't remember where the other guy trainer is from, but he looks like he can hold his own. I hated Kara and Brett last season, so boring.
Looks like they've split the teams up by age this season, this should be interesting!

OMG I bawled my eyes out tonight!!!! I loved Jillian I need a tough biactch to get my butt moving, and she got results! But I love Bob although I think he got even more ink!!! Anna impressed me she really was very sincere, and I like the other guy, man is he hot what a bod! And when he smiles he is one cute little bugger!!! And he is tough I like tough, Bob still the winner though with that weight loss, can you imagine 32 pounds we would think our scales broke? LOL
I cried 2 hours I am sure I lost a pound or two just crying!! I want to help people lose weight in some capacity, somehow cause I just so feel for them, I was so there, in that pit of despair now I a crying again ugghghghgh

Yeah she will need to kick them up a bit as they get stronger, it is so hard starting from scratch those workouts look so grueling,can you imagine that for 8 hours a day, when she had those old people on level 20 I was like holy crap woman, that is hard especially when someone isnt used to it, you know they gotta feel like crap at the end of the day they must ache all over.

Keeping on moving down hun, you are getting there!!!
