Can I just say how much I
cliches!?!! Seriously, they make me smile. Today has been great. I made good choices and already feel better. Sometimes a restart feels real and sometimes you just don't feel it. This already feels like it will stick. My goal is regular lc until Monday and to restart juddd then with a DD. My first goal is to see 233 again, and my next goal is 229. When I see the 20s, I'm buying a new suit as a reward. I'm excited. |

I get what you are saying about restarts feeling real or not. Glad this one is real for you but even if it wasn't, your next one might be! I'm going out of town for the Memorial Day weekend and am trying to formulate a plan for my eating. Might just try to do low carb until I get back and see how that works. Well low carb except for the margaritas! LOL! |

Thanks V! I'm feeling good again and feel so thankful that I was able to pull out of my funk before I did too much damage. In the past I would gain so much that I just stopped trying. And then gained even more.

235 today!! Two more pounds to relose and then I'll be back on track. I can't believe I wasted almost an entire month with eating poorly. My long term goal is 80 by the new year and I'm still on target for that goal, but my dream goal is onderland by the beginning of September. That's 36 in a little over three months. This may not be as feasible now. I'm still going for it! |

Thats my goal too. I thought I drank alot yesterday but must not have. I was up .8 oz.
I wanted to let you know. We couldn't make it to our walmart last night but needed shakes or eggs for something for bfast today. So we ran to Rite aid and I got vanilla shakes. I brewed a cup of coffee on the keurig and put half a cup of coffee over ice in a big cup and added my vanilla shake. It was really good and almost like the caramel ones. |

I'm occupying your place in Funkville. I'm up 5.4 from my weekend and am back on track but just not feeling it, ya know? Thinking of resting on the JUDDD side and just counting calories again. I could try low carb but that leaves me feeling restricted. Just want to lose this 5.4 gain first and then chart my course. I'm really happy for you!!! |

Laura - ugh, I relate so much girlie. Keep following your excellent advice and take it one day at a time. I have not started Juddd'ing yet but plan to next week. Well, I'm also thinking of just cal counting and not cycling. I can't decide.
Mel - you are always full of great ideas! I need to get a keurig. My mom has one and I love it and the convenience of it. I'm trying not to buy more stuff while I live in an apt though. Maybe I'll make a keurig exception. ![]() So I'm still at 235!!! Grrrrrrrrrr. If I remember correctly, I didnt lose great when I last ate this spinach/hamburger bake and I've been eating it for three days. Hmmm... Also think my cals are high. Makes me think I need to either cal count or return to juddd pretty soon. I have not found the motivation yet, and hope to just enjoy lowcarb until Sunday when I plan to count something.... |

![]() Scale finally moved! Thank goodness. 234!! One pound up from sig now. More importantly, I'm back within arms length of the 20s. I'm making 229 my goal for the next two weeks. I know it's a stretch, but I'd love to be in a new decade when I go out of town again. Yesterday I bought a new top and I'll be wearing it today. I think in another ten pounds, I need to begin some closet purging. |

I'm slowly but surely pulling myself out of Funkville. Still throwing lots of ideas around - straight calories, low carb, switching up JUDDD. I mentioned in my journal I'm going to do higher DDs and see if that keeps me from feeling so deprived. We shall see. One day at a time, right? |
