Scale held steady this morning. Ate great yesterday, albeit too many calories still. Ugh. Need to stop overeating. Might retry juddd cal swings, since I need some discipline apparently. Will def give myself another week before changing anything.

Yeah, what is up with carb face? Not attractive.

I say for sure give it another week before adding JUDDD only because those first few DD can be such a struggle.

I'm doing good. Stupid scale went up a pound today. I ate great yesterday, but may have had extra veggies since I had two salads. Really need the discipline of juddd I think. Will keep with this until Monday, and then either juddd or do stills again. I just am sick of wasting time when I'm actually motivated. You know? I really respect the slow and steady losers that don't tweak.

Today was protein shake, omelet with broccoli and sausage, steak salad, and nuts.

that sucks. I was just telling my mom today that I am definitely not one of the lucky women who lose easily while breastfeeding. In fact, I think my body holds onto the pounds until I wean. Sometimes I wish I wasn't so committed to extended breastfeeding and could justify weaning in order to do hcg. After I weaned Chloe, I dropped 25 lbs fast on hcg. Oh well, my son is more important than my vanity. All I can do is eat how I know I should and just chill.

Hey Amber girl, just keep putting one foot in front of the other and don't get discouraged! I'm with you - I wish I was a non-tweaker and I'm trying to be. I just freak out when things quit going well.

I never lost breastfeeding either. I hated to hear stories of women who had to eat like horses to keep weight on. Pfft.

Oh Katy, I hate that you even think that with bf'ing. I could never do it, but the benefits are so worth the extra weight a bit longer. I know you know that though.

Hi Laura! You're almost into the 30s!! Good job! Thanks for the continued support.

Eh, ate a little bad tonight. Was a really bad, long day. Was just so tired that when carbs were offered, I succumbed. Planning on doing stills tomorrow. Aiming for two weeks again.

sometimes I wish I didn't know so much, do you know what I mean? Don't get me wrong, I love nursing but I have been doing it so.danged.long it is starting to wear on me. I am so glad I weaned Chloe when I did....I would be insane if I didn't have the almost year long break that I did. I just know how good it is for him and can't let myself stop early.

Good luck with Stills! you can do it!

Hey Laura! I just posted to your journal! Look at you! You are rocking juddd lady!

So tomorrow is a great restart day for three reasons.
1. It's Monday. There is no better day than Monday.
2. It's the 1st. A Monday that is also a 1st is like a double sign.
3. It's been a bad week and if I don't reinduct, I may explode. I figure this should be reason enough.

So reinduct I will. I plan to do stillmans or close to it. Bought some Greek yogurt a week ago that I plan to eat in lieu of cottage cheese. Figure they are almost nutritional twins. I won't buy more once it's gone. My hope is to go 2 weeks again. We'll see.

Oh, TOM arrived today. I got my quota in of chocolate so advil will have to suffice.

Oh Amber! You make me laugh!

Monday on the 1st is a great day to reinduct. I know you can do it!

I love Greek yogurt and am trying to like cottage cheese.

Power on, my friend.

I hate cottage cheese. It's like a torture food when try to eat it. Gag!

Happy 1st! 6 weeks until my sons birthday, so 6 weeks on plan is my goal. 219 is my goal weight.

You've got a deal, Katy! Before the holidays, we could both be down 20 if we stay on track.

Ate Greek yogurt, grilled nuggets, and burgers. Plus diet soda and water and tea. First day in months w/o nuts or chocolate. Sucks.

Me too. I could eat it for every meal. Choc everything. Mmmm...

I did good today. Day two in the bag. Over ate at dinner though. Planned to eat a burger and Greek yogurt, but ate chicken too and a second burger. Opps. Was starving and truly wanted to eat more. The peanut butter was singing sweet songs to me. I have resisted.

Goal for the next six weeks is aggressive: 219. Basically 20 pounds. No time to cheat.

Hi Amber Peanut butter is a weakness of mine too! I eat it off the spoon, that way it doesn't count

Me too, Gracie. PB on a spoon is the best pre-dinner snack. Or dessert. Or breakfast. Delish. I think pb, choc, and cashews may be three of my lc treats of choice.

Scale inched down today, even though I over ate majorly at dinner. My mouth is very metally and I think I'm back in ketosis! Day three. This month will be easy to track since I started on the first.

I'm such a monster stress eater. I'm home today getting some things done, meeting contractors, etc, and man does it make me jittery and carb hungry. I have zero real hunger, but I want to eat chips and hummus or cereal. I'm hoping he'll be done soon (pool contractor installing some baby safety equipment) so I can leave. Being this close to the kitchen is making me antsy.

Baked chicken with Cajun spices and sea salt. Was soooooo good. Had that, a diet coke, and tea. Very on plan day. Feeling mentally strong.

Look at you go! Feeling mentally strong is a HUGE part of this battle, isn't it? When I don't "feel" it, I just can't "do" it!

Proud of you! Keep up the good work!

Counting is hard on uds. Had 2 shakes (320), chicken breast w/ slice of cheese and mayo (300), peanuts (200), burger (700), peanut butter (200) = 1800ish. I could have eaten more but we were running errands all day. My goal is 1900-2000, so I did good. One of those shakes was breakfast and one was dessert.
