Thanks Danielle!! I figure I gotta walk the walk one of these days, right? We can so do it! It's cool we have similar goals. I'd love to ultimately be 140.

Laura - I knew I had to post your post to me back to you. It was so appropriate. You were a big reason I pulled out of my funk so I really want to see you find some new energy to attack your weight loss again. You can do it!! We can do it.

So I had a great time yesterday. Dh had a great time. We stayed out until midnight, which is really late for us. I had steak, asparagus, a potato, some bread, part of a dessert, and four drinks. One was a choc martini, and the other three were prob equally sugary. The damage this morn is a headache, four pounds gained, and a renewed craving for pizza/cheating. Ugh!

My plan is to have a shake (already drank), some pulled pork, and to make mel's pizza bake for dinner. No cheating here!

Morning Amber! So glad you had a great time, sounded like lotsa fun! Chocolate martini, now that's something I could dive into!
Hang on tight, those 4 will be gone before ya know it honey! You know exactly what to do!!

Ultimately I'd love to be 125 but I dunno if that's realistic at this point in my life. So, I'll wait and see when I get to 140 and go from there! I'm on the shorter side of the measuring stick, so 140 may look totally huge on me

Have a great day!

Dannielle - how tall are you? I'm 5'5 so I pray 140 is low enough. I remember weighing that in 8th grade and not since. You are doing awesome with seven pounds already gone!

I decided to restart juddd with lc today when I was trying to figure out menus. Had a protein shake and salad with rotisserie chicken. Figure I came in at 500 cals or so.

I'm ready for an up day tomorrow.

Down two of my four today. I'm aiming to be down the other two by wed.

Well, I may be 5'4.5, but I'll deny it!

Ate Mel's pizza bake tonight. It was super easy to make, required next to no ingredients, tasted amazing, and is super low in carbs. Only issue is that it was too good. I ate half the pizza!! Prob over 1000 cals. . Geez. But it was really good. Mmmmmm

Recipe: brown a pound of sausage, drain, put in casserole dish. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and fav pizza toppings. Brown under broiler for 5 min or until brown.

I used hot sausage, about three tablespoons of sauce, and less than four oz mozzarella cheese. I topped mine w/ pepperoni.

Goooooooooooooo Amber! You are doing so great! That pizza bake sounds like something I'd totally eat ALL of!

I'm doing straight calorie counting for now. Not quite ready to dip back into 500 calorie days at this point. After starting well on Saturday, I kind of flipped out again on Saturday and Sunday but am on track today and it's almost bed time! I think I might just be able to count this day a success!

You are totally right, Gracie. Sometimes it's hard not to focus on the negative.

Mel - yep, it must have been the bake!! Back a few years ago, there were threads about a whooshie-pie. It was a woosh maker. Maybe this could get the same following!?!

Vilya - you are doing amazing. Crossing the threshold of 199 seems hard for almost everyone. It will happen!

Danielle - yes, it will. I love VWL!

Today was great food wise. Ate as planned and nothing else. Praying for 233 or lower tomorrow.

Dannielle - just wait out TOM. I sometimes lose during, and if not, I will once he leaves. I always count those pounds as bonus since I used to gain during TOM.

Mel - I ate the bake again today. I had it for breakfast. Hopefully it makes me lose again. How many pieces do you get from yours?

I had a great day today. Pizza bake, salad with chicken salad, and a few pieces of lc candy. Figure I hit 2200 today. Both the pizza and salad were really calorie dense.

Tomorrow is a DD and I'm ready. Come on VWL!

I would say we get 4 good big servings or 6 small servings.

Now you have me wanting that. Maybe tomorrow night....

Thanks. I fig 4 servings is 500 cal each and not too bad.

Scale held steady at 233 today. As much as I wish it had moved, it usually doesn't after an UD. Hopefully with a good DD, I'll see movement.

Plan: shake, turkey cheese and pickle rollup

If hungry later on, I may have more turkey or salami.

I had a good day food wise (600 cals), but great day at the mall. I fit in and bought a 0x shirt! Fit in 16w jeans, but too much muffin top. So maybe I'm in 18ws? I didn't have time to try. When I started in January, I was in 2-3x tops and 26 pants!! The clothing progress is sweeter than the scale, isn't it!?

I cannot wait to shop in the regular sizes and today showed me how close I really am. Maybe in another ten pounds I'll try something from over in the land of options. . My dream work wardrobe will be all Ann Taylor. I think the start at 16. I plan to try that store as my gift to myself for onderland. 34 pounds to go.

Amber, how amazing is that to fit in smaller sizes! That is THE best feeling in the world and the end-all-be-all of all the hard work we're doing.
Man, what a difference just 6 months can make, huh!

Way to go Amber I'm going to have to drive to your house to remind you to STOP focusing on the month you took off!! Call it a mental break that was much needed! Months of dieting is hard - and look at how awesome you are doing I believe that the month of cheating may have helped you stoke up your new losses. Sometimes our bodies need fed so we can start losing again. Have a great weekend!
