Mama- you cannot leave me!!! Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I will miss you too much!!!!

I never used ****** until about June, when it started getting harder to lose and I was really kicking up the exercise. Logging everything is a huge PIA!!! Dont do it, you know about what to eat and how much, and hey we all know when we have gone astray!

Daily weighing sucks, it was so hard but I am not weighing until Fri and Mon that is it, the daily stuff wrecks havoc with my mind!!!!!!

Dont compare your loss to others, you are doing a super job!!!!!!!! My word you are so on track to meet your B-day goal and pass it!!!!

I must run tonight, Sunday it rained all day and I am so unmotivated to get back to it! I have to do it!!! I dont want Mama to leave, I am crying!!!!!!!!

Home school- OMG I would be like, OK I am going to have a smoke and martini, be back in a minute, LOL I could never be a teacher I have zero patience, LOL
Tonight is Bobby's open house at the new middle school, my baby is getting old!!!!

Ok do I need to whine more? I love ya hun, I so enjoy you!!!!!!

Kristyn!!!!!! You are forbid to leave this site!!! If you do... so help me GOD I will haunt you down!!! J/K But seriously you will be missed if you leave us!!!!

I agree.. just take a break from logging foods. I tried... I failed so I don't do it. It is too much for me.

Homeschooling- Girl you must be an angel! I could't deal with that everyday. I would become a smoker and very impatient one at that! Kudos to you!!!

LOL I'm not LEAVING!!!! But thanks for all the lovin! I'm just taking a break from the daily weighing & logging. I'm already feeling much better now that I'm back on track. It's such a relief just knowing I don't have to count each individual food on my plate (1tsp this, 1/2 cup that, etc) I swear I was counting carbs in my sleep! I know I'm doing well - I enjoy eating lc and high fat way too much to give up. I'm just so stressed and PMSing like crazy - something's got to give! So.... I'm having a nice quiet day at home- cleaning & watching tv (and kids lol) AND I'm going for a run tonight, then possibly a nice long bubble bath.

I've had those days LOL Actually, I love it. I'm really excited for this year cause I'll have two doing schoolwork. (K4 & K5) I have a really cool geography based program that we'll all do together and it incorporates most of the other subjects like music, social studies, history, LA etc. And my 2yr old will just tag along for the ride!

Wow- Middle school! I'm dreading those years. Hope the open house goes well.

Good... Glad I didn't have to track you down up there in Canada... Cuz trust me I would have! You can't leave anyway... HELLO!!! I need you. Enough said!!!

That geography program sounds interesting. So do you just purchase these HS programs online. My boss's wife HS their DD and she logs stuff in online. Is this what you do too??

I buy most of our workbooks online and the geography one I bought from another homeschool mama who wrote it for her kids. I can still kinda wing it cause the kids are only in kindergarten. Once we get into the older grades, I'll probably have to buy a full program, but this is suiting our needs well.

So I didn't get to run, or have a bubble bath- went for some retail therapy with my sister instead! I got a cute skirt from H&M for $7! I think this is the 1st time I've been able to fit in their clothes

I went for a run tonight - 6.5k in 52 min. Not bad considering TOM has arrived and usually wipes me out. We spent the day swimming at my Mom & Dad's. It was great except they didn't have anything lc for lunch-not even eggs! I ended up eating a few slices of cheese to hold me off till dinner, then devoured four italian sausages for dinner. Tonight I cooked up some ground beef for taco salad tomorrow (and the rest of the week) and a batch of coconut bark is waiting in the freezer. I LC foods!

Yummy! lol
I use 2Tbsp cocoa, 2 pkts splenda, 2Tbsp unsweetened coconut, and 3tbsp coconut oil. Mix then freeze on parchment paper for a few minutes. You could use more splenda- I like my chocolate on the bitter side.

I know, it took me 42 minutes to run and walk the other day, LOL I was like geez that is fast he said he runs in intervals and varies his terrain, so I might start mapping out routes to run,

I use MapmyRun.com

I keep making my route longer, and adding hills & stuff. It's amazing to think that a few months ago I struggled to run just a few blocks, and now I'm able to do like, 1k before breaking a sweat!

I broke down & weighed today- still stuck at 190.3
NO MORE WEIGHING until Mon.

Hope your knee is feeling better Amber!

I went for a 6.5k run tonight- and ran the whole thing! It's still amazing to me that the weather has such an affect on my running. It was much cooler tonight, and really comfortable. I actually felt like I could have kept going!

You should do it! That would be such an awesome memory for Bobby to look back on. Now, running with a sore knee? I'd give it another day or so, but you know your body & what it can handle.

OUCH!!! My feet & ankles are killing me today. I have to crawl up & down the stairs because they feel like they're going to snap when I put too much weight on them Anything that doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?

The little boy I babysit came down with chicken pox, and now DD has had a high fever since yesterday, so I think she's next. Yay.

That's the funny part- they DID get the vaccine. I guess there is a 10-30% chance they could still get them. And now, my DS2 has a fever too!

My legs aren't sore at all anymore- I guess that's the upside to being stuck on the couch all day with a couple sick kidos. DH had to work overtime all weekend and is switching shifts tonight, so he was gone 6-4, slept a few hours and had to leave again at 10. It was a really long day!

My woohoo for today- I sent DH to the drug store for meds, and he came back with two tubs of Ben & Jerry's I'm proud to say they are unopened, waiting in the deep freezer for a really rainy day - I wasn't even tempted!

6.5k....

That is amazing Mama. Sorry that your DS is sick.... chicken pox with the vaccine... OH LAWD. I would hate to deal with that with my DD. She is too much of a diva when she is well... I can only imagine when she is sick.

Have a great day!!!

I agree- You & Tony both look super young!

Ok, now I'm not sure if it's the pox or flu. The older 2 have a yucky cough, sore throut, the little guy was all pukey yesterday, and the younger 2 still have high fevers. The few spots I saw look a lot like mosquito bites now and there aren't any new ones. So I don't know
