Schools Out~HCG is IN!!

Well my little ones are about to be out of school. Thursday is their last day.
Summer is about to begin here!!
I have some goals for this summer!!
1. Start back on HCG
2. Lose 60 lbs
3. Do the Couch to 5k
4. Wear shorts
5. Go swimming with my kids

I am about 60lbs away. That was just 1 baby and 3 years ago...ugg!!

Best of luck! I think it's easier to follow an eating plan in summer when we aren't all covered up.

We are going to have to keep eachother in line. I'll be very happy to get back down about 15-20 pounds. I'm doing a short round (23 days total). We can do this!!!!

i just found out that dh wants to go to the beach in about 3 weeks...thats not much time to lose 60 lbs

Maybe running around staying busy with them will counter that.

p2 Mock Egg Roll

3.5 ounces of Chicken
2-3 big cabbage leaves
1c. shredded cabbage
1/8 t. onion salt
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/8 asian spices
1⁄2 Pkg stevia
Steam big cabbage leaves for 5 minutes. Move leaves over to side of steamer to make room for shredded cabbage. Steam both for 5 minutes. Remove shredded cabbage to a mixing bowl. Add chopped chicken or shrimp and spices. Mix and then wrap in a big cabbage leaf.

I'm hanging in there. I'm doing the Omaha Weight loss plan with the hhcg now. I'm going to give it a round and see how I do. Hoping to get back to 179 and stabilize for the rest of summer.

Oh geez, I ran my car out of gas. I HATE getting gas. I knew I was low. I started my car because it was freezing and we had frost this morning. Went to check and see if my windows were clear and it was off. Had money in my purse but I just HATE to get gas...especially when it is freezing!!

Owell. I am going to weigh soon.
I weighed about 9ish yesterday..so that is what time I am going to weigh everyday.

I am hungry this morning. I have my hcg dissolving in my mouth now. I wonder if this helps with hunger I already have this morning?

That sucks about running out of gas. We did it one time heading to a baseball game. We knew we were low but the electronic gauge in the car said we had like 30 miles left. I swore to my husband that we had enough to get to the game and then we could get gas afterwards. Ha, Ha! The gauge was wrong, my dh was not too happy with me. Now, I don't know anyone who has ever ran their car out of gas warming it up! I don't get my own gas either. I liked when we visited N.J. over the summer, they are all full service gas stations. We haven't had those in probably 25 years.

That mock eggroll recipe looks yummy. I hope you don't mind, I am going to post it over on the Hcg PG thread.
