I ate at Chili's yesterday for lunch with my manager and the Controller as I do every month after I close our account for month end. The cajun salmon dish I ate had a cream dill sauce that I'm sure had flour in it. It sure was yummy though!

Today's Plan:
b- 3 eggs fried in bacon fat, 5 slices bacon, coffee
l- scrambled eggs with cheese, 3 sausage patties
d- salad with cheese and italian dressing topped with chicken breast

I haven't tracked my food for a while, and I am going to have to begin again. I overeat easily if I don't have the accountability.

So, here is today:

I haven't seen him in almost 2 weeks. I cancelled last weekend; I was on my period and just not feeling real great. I'm lucky he is so nice about things. I have been pretty anti-social and a little depressed for many months, and I'm surprised he wants to be with me. I wouldn't want to put up with me that's for sure!

I had a pretty nice weekend. Saturday I spent time with my kids and my boyfriend stayed over. I made mini flax seed muffins with cream cheese frosting on Sunday with my daughter. I ate 6 muffins before the night was over, so I think that is why my weight is up so much. I'm going to try JUDD for a month and see if it is an effective WOE for me.

Down 3.5 pounds my first down day! I am only going to weigh after down days. So, my first down day wasn't too terrible. I stuggled some during the day, but the evening was easier. I went to bed early
.
Yesterday's food:
vienna sausages - 1 can
1 mini flax seed muffin with cream cheese frosting
water water water
coffee

I am going to be busy at work today as there are 3 people here visiting from the support center.

Food plan:
b- leftover green beens topped with spaghetti and meat sauce, cheddar
l-?? we will be going out to lunch
d- pork chop with heavy cream and mushroom sauce, roasted cauliflower
s- 1 mini flax seed muffin with cream cheese frosting

We ate at a Japanese steakhouse for lunch, and man I am soooo full. I had veggies, steak, and shrimp from the Hibachi grill. I feel bloated bad! I'm not going to make a big dinner for myself tonight. I may warm up two mini flax muffins if I get hungry later.

Today is up day number 2. This is the lowest my weight has been since beginning eating under 20 carbs on October 1! And I've done it in 4 days... amazing!

I am staying home today as I have a bladder infection.

Food so far:
3 large eggs fried in Bacon fat
4 slices Bacon
2 mini flax muffins with cream cheese frosting
coffeee with half n half

I ate high carb yesterday. Today is a down day, and so far so good. I've had coffee with half n half. My plan is to have a few mini flax muffins around dinner time.

Today is a down day. I didn't weigh because I have been a bad girl!!! I ate candy and other junk on Thursday last week (an UD) and I haven't been able to get back on track since. I checked my weight over the weekend, and I ended up right back where I started at 230 lbs. Yesterday was supposed to be a DD, and I just said to hell with it and ate a lot of high carb calories. I am not giving up, but I'm learning that I can't eat higher carb foods no matter which plan I am on. I binged and went straight for chocolates and high carb treats this time, but I will do that even if I start out eating some potatoes or other starch. You would think I had learned this lesson before, but I hope this is a turning point for me. Just because others can eat JUDDD or any other plan while allowing treats and using healthy eating practices, I just can't. I'm lacking either will power or some other mechanism - each time I test the waters, I end up failing and right back where I began. I'm going to continue with JUDDD with a tweak on the weekend that allows for a middle calorie day on Sundays. I'm going to embrace the fact that my future is a future of low carb eating. I'm not really upset with that because I do love low carb foods... my downfall is the treats... something hits me seemingly out of nowhere, and I CRAVE things that I shouldn't eat. I wasn't PMS'ing this time and I was actively losing weight. I think I'm going to pick up the book Brain over Binge and get to readin'.

Today:
coffee with sf creamer

I'm not going to eat today, and hopefully I can get back into Ketosis fairly quickly. Tomorrow during my UD, I am going to eat VLC.

Yes, I've cracked the book again.
I wouldn't have been able to get back on the wagon so quickly after the disaster of binging friday and saturday. It takes a while, but it works if you work it.

I haven't bought the book yet Denise, but I have heard such great feedback about it. I'm going to get on Amazon right now. I have other books to order for school next semester anyhow.

University is quite a bit more expensive than the community college I've been attending. I think I'm going to need to get a student loan. I really wanted to steer clear and pay on my own, but I don't think I can swing it. I have registered for 9 hours Spring semester and possibly one more class that I waitlisted. That is a pretty full load for a working single mom... I think I'm freaking myself out lol.

My down day yesterday went well. I did eat in the evening around 6 PM. I had a large lettuce salad with low cal dressing and a little bit of cheese. I also had a can of vienna sausages that amounted to 250 cals.

Today's Plan:
b- coffee, sf creamer, sweetnlow, 3 eggs fried in CO, 1 pkg buddig corned beef, parm cheese
l- 2 sf peanut butter cups, 1 can jalapeno vienna sausages
d- chicken thighs with a HWC and mushroom sauce, spinach cooked with some butter

I am not sure when I will have my degree! I usually only go to school half-time because that load is really all I think I could handle. But, I'm trying to shoulder more classes because I'm ready to graduate! I have about 50 credit hours right now. I think I will have two more years at least.

I don't live with my parents. I lived with them a few months while I was pregnant with Jax, and I moved out in March 2011. I do live on the same property as them in my Grandmother's house!! LOL! I love it, and my Mom does watch my son for me during the day while I'm at work. I really want to start paying her, as she has been doing it for free!!

I weighed this morning after yesterday's UD and I am at 228.5 lbs.

I ate sooo much last night. My meal for supper was delicious, but I at more heavy cream gravy than I care to think about.

I haven't had anything to eat yet today, but I have had some coffee with sf creamer. My stomach sure is growling away though! I'm going to try and get off of work early. I need to go to the grocery store and pick up a few of the missing ingredients I need for a Pumpkin Spice Cake I'm making for Thanksgiving. It isn't low carb and I'm not sure if I will have any or not. I'm really leaning towards not because I don't think I can get back on track quickly enough if I eat high carb on Turkey Day.

We are not making a turkey tomorrow; instead we are having ham. That works for me because I don't care for turkey anyhow. I am making that cake and stuffed jalapenos. I may also roast some cauliflower, but I would probably be the only one eating it lol. I'm sure there will be salad, and I will eat some greenbean casserole. MMMMM I need to stop typing and thinking about food on my DD!

Today has been a super busy day at work! Taking time off from work is definitely a love/hate thing.

Thanksgiving was nice. We didn't have as many people as usual, and it was a low key affair. I ate less this Thanksgiving than I ever have in my entire life. I did eat a piece of the cake I made, and that was a big mistake. It was sooo sickenly sweet. I ate a tiny piece Thursday and a small piece on Friday, but that did begin the downward spiral over the weekend. I did not stick to any down days over the four day holiday weekend. Instead, make that four UUADs. Oh wells. I am back at it today with a down day that's going as planned. All I have had so far is coffee with SF creamer.

I am going to try to have 3 down days in a row this week. I may make tomorrow a mid day if I feel too hungry.

Well, good mornin'!

Today is going to turn into a MD because a few of the guys asked me to order out for lunch. I'm going to have my usual grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. Yum!

Today's Plan:
B- coffee with sf creamer
L- grilled chk salad w/ ranch dressing
D- none

I'm not sure how many calories are in the salad, but it is a large salad and they don't skimp on the chicken.

The University has finally uploaded my grades into their system, and my GPA is currently 2.83. I started school back in 2003, and at that time I just enrolled for classes and never went or withdrew, so my GPA was only 1.2 when I started school again for work. I have brought it up quite a bit since then, and I'm happy! I want to graduate with over a 3 at least. That's my goal!

Ugh.. weighed in this morning. 232.5 lbs. All my binging has lead me to a higher weight than when I began again October 1st. The biggest thing I'm working on this exact moment is not letting that fact bother me so much emotionally that I just binge more. I'm having a hard time with JUDDD rotations right now, but I haven't binged since this weekend, so that's a start. Today is a down day, and I'm going to try really hard to keep it that way!

Hormones are a big factor for me. Had terrible pms this past time and terrible terrible hunger that I felt was out of my control...hunger/cravings disappeared once I started....
hate it..

Today was so busy at work. I worked ten hours and barely left my desk. My eating was good and low carb and low Cal.

I'm trying to get back into Ketosis, and I've been fighting the binge monster lurking inside me. So far, I'm winning the fight by overeating LC food. It probably isn't the best way to go about it, but it is working for me. I had terrible binge urges over the weekend, and I forced myself to eat a lot of real LC food (not frankenfood). It kept me from going over the edge thankfully, and today I'm feeling more in control. Thank God.

I need to call the university and find out about my financial aid. Payment for Spring is due December 18th, and my bill is $2600. No way I can pay that out of pocket and still have money for Christmas.
