LOL, I have no idea! Once school is over, I will enjoy my life more I know that for sure! I still have a few years left though. Sometimes I'm overwhelmed with it all, and nobody but me seems to care LOL. So, thank you for that!!

Weight today: 227.5

I changed the settings on my food logger to show me sodium. Well, I eat a lot of sodium haha!

In less than an hour, I will be heading out to meet with our other plant Coordinator for lunch in a town about 1.5 hours away. We are going to eat at Chili's, and I know I will encounter hidden carbs and a lot of sodium. Oh wells.

Food Plan Today:
Sod(mg) Fat(g) Carbs(g) Net C(g) Prot(g) KCals
4042..... 149.11 31.34... 23.94.... 108.83 1898

Carbs are higher today than usual and sodium looks like it's double what it should be, yikes.

I don't track my food intake over the weekend. But, since I have been tracking pretty well for the past few weeks, I know what I can eat and how much. DBF will be over Saturday, and I will cook dinner for us. I'm thinking chicken quarters and a veggie. I'm also going to be making banana bread with the bananas I have at home that are getting pretty ripe. My Mom and Grandmother will enjoy that.

I hope everybody has a great weekend!

Using my phone today so there will be mistakes I'm sure.

Today's weight: 227

I ate a lot yesterday and my calories totaled over 2,500. I still lost half a pound though. Today's calories are even higher at over 2,600. Carbs are low though so we'll see what happens tomorrow.

Weight today: 227

Three days at 227. I'm still 1.5 pounds over where I was before I fell off the wagon for the weekend on October 19th. I'm hoping this week leads to some movement on the scale (downwards would be nice).

My DD has to go to the doctor's office today to get a sore looked at on her wrist. It has been there for over a week now, and it really looks like a staph infection. Whatever you do, do NOT google staph infections and look at the images. DD's does not look near that awful, but she has had a staph infection before, so we better get her in to get treated.

I stayed on plan over the weekend. I did have a moment that I really felt like binging. I sat down on the couch and contemplated if we had any binge-worthy food readily available in the house, and thankfully we didn't lol. The urge passed, and kept on keepin' on!

Today's Plan:
Sod(mg) Fat(g) Carbs(g) Net C(g) Prot(g) KCals
1508......157.47.16.96... 12.96....74.41... 1781

Carbohydrate (3%)
Fat (80%)
Protein (17%)

Breakfast was:
Meatballs, cheese, mayo, a little ketchup, Coffee, sweetnlow, sf creamer
Lunch: None planned
Dinner: Hamburger patty with 1/4 cup cream gravy

Yay! I lost half a pound!

I ate more heavy whipping cream last night for dinner than I intended originally, but I was more hungry than I thought I would be when making my plan.

Today is DD's first choir concert. My Mom is making her lasanga for dinner. I don't think I will eat dinner, but I may grab a snack after we get home and before I go to bed.

Weight: 225 lbs

Total Lost for October: 6.5 lbs

Food Yesterday:
Sod(mg) Fat(g) Carbs(g) Net C(g) Prot(g) KCals
1754..... 76.90..22.48.....14.98.... 99.26... 1161

Calories were low because I didn't eat dinner. I had to hurry home from work, take a shower, and get my daughter to the performing arts center for her choir concert by 6:15 PM. We made it there a little early, and after she went backstage to practice for a little while, my son and I snagged a row in the audience. He made it through two of the choirs. The performances were professionally recorded, and the choir directer asked that crying babies or disruptive children listen out in the lobby. Jax started to get a little squirmy, so my Dad took him out for the rest of the evening. I am so proud of her! Those kids are really very talented. The choir director is a perfectionist, and the kids are groomed to become disciplined and leaders while also expanding their vocal talents.

Today's Plan So Far: (Dinner is not included)
Sod(mg) Fat(g) Carbs(g) Net C(g) Prot(g) KCals
1664..... 75.15.. 13.98.. 13.98......44.76..906

October's loss was less than I had planned for, but I did cheat for a weekend. It took a large portion of the month just making up for that. I am not eating off plan in November. Thanksgiving will just be another day food wise. I am going to cook and bring a couple dishes though.

On another note, I withdrew from my Accounting 2 class that I have been taking this semester. I have realized that I am NOT interested or enjoying any of those classes that I have been taking for a Business Admin degree. I felt like I was obligated to continue with that degree path because my company reimburses me for my college classes, and they have put pressure on me to complete school. I struggled with not wanting to disappoint them, but I have changed my degree to English. It isn't what the professionals at my company hold a degree in. Most of management has a MBA or are engineers. I am choosing to follow my own path, and if I do not get my company's help with funding for school, that is perfectly okay with me. I should know by the end of this week if the will reimburse me or not.

I have applied to transfer to a University, and I am waiting for acceptance and enrollment.

I will have to wait and see what today brings. I believe I am going to lunch with my boss. We are going to celebrate his 4 year work anniversary. Just another reason to go have lunch! I will stay true to plan. Salmon sounds really good, so maybe we can go to Logan's. He always lets me decide anyways, so as long as that sounds good to him I will choose that.

Well, I have been feeling like I was going to start my period for the past day or so, but my TOM isn't due for 11 more days. But, lo and behold.... I started just now.... greaaat... I don't have any pads with me at work...ugh! Hopefully I have some in the car.

Good for you following your path. Life is too short doing what others may want us to do. Hopefully you will be reiumbursed.

Today's Weight: 226

Up some again today, but sodium was high yesterday because I had Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch. And, it's TOM.

Yesterday Actual:
Sod(mg) Fat(g) Carbs(g) Net C(g) Prot(g) KCals
2659.....149.48 21.75.....20.15.... 96.08...1853

My sodium is going to be high again today because of the sausage links I ate for breakfast. I will probably need to cut those out.

So far: Breakfast, Lunch
Sod(mg) Fat(g) Carbs(g) Net C(g) Prot(g) KCals
2496.......78.85..16.69....16.69......40.61... 919

Dinner will be meat and fat only.

I'm so ready for the weekend. I have one test to take in Environmental Science. My Accounting class is dropped. So, after the test I can relax and enjoy time with the kiddos. Jax didn't want to go 'byebye' this morning. He is usually so excited to go to his Nana's in the mornings before I go to work. This morning he ran to my bedroom and all over the house. I guess he needed more snuggle time on the couch. Well, tomorrow, that is what we are going to do all morning!

TOM is winding down as today is day 5. Hopefully my weight comes down too!

Food Plan:
b- 4 eggs scrambled in CO, cheese, sf syrup
l- vienna sausages
d- roast beef and/or chicken thighs, green beans, salad

I think DD has chicken pox. I kept her home from school today, and she has an appointment at 3:30 PM. She's had the vaccinations, but I guess it's still a possibility that she has it. Poor girl.

I made a 98 on my Global Warming research paper. I would have made a 100, but I made the mistake of using 1st person in my closing. I can't believe I did that!

My weight is slowly coming back down. Today is TOM Day 6.

Dinner last night was a steak topped with cheese, and a salad with cheese and italian dressing.

Today:
B- three eggs fried in CO, chuck roast
L- leftover steak and a little bit of chuck roast
D- chicken thighs and salad w/ italian dressing and cheddar cheese or green beans

I think I'm going to be making some flax muffins with cream cheese icing soon. The pumpkin bake I made was pretty good, especially with whipped cream. I need to get some more whipping cream.

She doesn't. They doc said it was an allergic reaction. I can't think of anything she has eaten or came into contact with that would cause an allergic reaction. Very strange!! He said she needs to take a once a day allergy medication until the spots are gone completely and that she can go to school. She was embarrassed this morning; she doesn't want the school kids to see her rashes. She spent half the morning trying on different shirts.

Poor girl! Yea, I would wonder what caused it, can the doc do tests for allergies?
I made the flaxmeal brownies this week, delish and gets things movin' along...lol

The school is a scam, horrible teacher, she gives us the multiple choice test on Monday, to study for on Friday. We are given the same exact test on Friday. Most of the clients are getting the WIA grant (like I did for 5000.00) once they get you in the door that's it. I was promised a work study job at the receptionist desk, so was another student 10 weeks ago. They gave the job to a non student two weeks ago. They advertise on craigslist that they have a work study program to lure people in I think. I'm just going to have to study on my own for the certification test, but honestly exhausted and not real motivated. We are not being prepared. I complained about this issues to my WIA counselor at the career center and it got back to the school, so it's uncomfortable for me right now...they are letting me know indirectly that they know I'm the complainer. The instructor looked at me last week and said there is one complainer in each class and she just thinks of them as her children.....

That is a bunch of BS! I can't believe they gave the job to someone else outside of the school after promising it to at least 2 students. What a joke! I hope that you can prepare enough on your own to pass the certification test.

Denise - I've almost met my yearly deductible, so in December I will see aboout scheduling an allergy test for Caity.

Today's Weight: 225.5 lbs

Dinner yesterday was: 2 chicken thighs, roasted cauli with CO and herbs
Dessert was: a few bites of pumpkin bake

Today's Plan:
b- coffee, 3 eggs, 5 slices bacon
l- 2 chicken thighs, roasted cauli
d- steak

I will be glad when things on FaceBook calm down and people go back to being just everyday a-holes and not political a-holes on crack....

Sadly I'm losing my motivation. I think lack of sleep and financial worries are bogging me down. I need to get re-motivated.

Maybe I'll stay away from the facebook updates and just peer at words with friends. LOL
I'm soooo sick of politicians. Glad the lying commercials have come to and end. Hate to admit this, but for the first time I didn't vote. Thought about it the day after the deadline to register. I couldn't stand either of them.
I'm a bad bad dog!

I'm tired of bouncing around, so now that TOM is over, it is time to get my butt in gear. I had a heavy meal for dinner last night, and that always derails my progress.

Dinner last night: Steak, cheese, mayo/lc ketchup, 4 strips bacon, salad w/ italian dressing and parm cheese

Today's Plan:
b- coffee
l- salmon and broccoli with ceaser salad sans croutons
d- not sure at this moment... something lighter, and I will cook for tomorrow

Well, Good News!! My boss called me into his office a few minutes ago, and he informed me that I have received a 6% raise. I know it took a lot of leg work on his part because the corporate office balked at that percentage as they said it was unheard of! I really, really appreciate the men I work with and the company I work for. They take good care of me, and I take good care of them as well. My boss said he wanted to reflect their appreciation in my paycheck. I have gotten a raise yearly since I began 5 years ago, but this really is something to feel good about!

Thats major affirmation for your work ethic Cass. Super congrats.
6% is unheard of even in a good economy.
Soon you'll be president!!!

You are one smart cookie!
