HELP!! New to the LC world.

I had a baby girl on Feb 14th of this year. I am now 203.4 lbs as of this morning. I am trying to start a low carb way of living for weightloss. I want to get down to 145 lbs. It just seems so out of reach. My weight go up and down. SO FRUSTRATING!! I have read so many books (Protein Power, Atkins New Diet Revolution, The New Atkins 2010 book, Low Carb for Dummies, to name a few), Well, I was at work and looked up low carb success stories and came across a very inspiring story by Candiflip here on lowcarbfriends website. WOW, has she shed alot of lbs and look wonderful. That's when I said maybe I can do it too. My job requires that I lose weight and pass a physical fitness test every 6 months- 1 year. Being pregnant helped me out for a little while I guess. I have until September to test next. I just need to know what you ate daily and how much weight you lost on lowcarb dieting. Success stories are so motivating for me! I know there are tons of Veterans on this website that has been doing awesome with their journey. So HELP!!!!
