WOW Pati!! only a one pound gain!! that is AWESOME!!! I gained more than that...

ANYWAY!! I am on a DD and doing great so far.. haha, it's only 8am... I don't care though, I am sick of food for awhile.

My Christmas goal was 10 pounds, now it probably won't happen, so I will adjust it to 6 pounds. We shall see!!! I am excited though!

HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!! Pati, keep up your great work!!..

I bet a most of us will be on a down day today teeeee heee...

I am sure you can make the 6 lbs (I am even going to bet that you can make 10 but let's do six for now ) ...Deb your body is pretty good at letting the pounds go when you stick to the diets faithfully! (uhm, one of the reasons you are one of my inspirations )....So I am sure if you stick to this as it should be, you will get rid of those 10 lbs without much effort!!! I can almost see you getting rid of 1/2 of those in week one!!!

Hey ladies, hope you all had a nice holiday and joyous time with family/friends!

If all my clients show it will be a busy day...and I'm still like after a wonderful but tiring home visit, so want to stop by and say . I'm not bold enough to get on the scale after eating very well for 4 days but I'll know when some of the bloat is gone to weigh then.

Good luck ladies on today being a DD and Pati..WTG!!!

Haha..but it paid off to see that you did not do damage! I can tell in my clothes and stomach that I've gained so that's enough motivation than seeing that what I know to be an awful number. I'll probably weigh on Friday...or a week from now!! Nah, even I can't go that long.... I know when I left I weighed 167.something so that's what I'm aiming for again then going on from there.

That is what is so nice about Holiday pounds. WE KNOW HOW TO TAKE THEM OFF!! and they do come off pretty fast if we don't let them sit around and get comfy!!!...

Shari, glad you had a great time with family, and like you said, ONWARD AND DOWNWARD!!! WE got this girls!!

Pati, thanks for your encouraging words!! That is some good motivation for me to stick to it!! I AM!! gosh darnit!!..

Yes, we do...lower carb always work for me so that's my drawing board. I'm attempting to make it under 500 cals but may up to 700 if needed.

Sounds good Shari! I am eating nothing but protein and veges today myself. It is a sure fire way to get rid of holiday pounds for ME.

Hey Ladies!!

Happy Monday!!

Great job onnoretty much maintaining, Pati. That is so awesome. I gained too, but I dont know how much exactly. Im scared to check, lol. Anyways, this is a new day and there are about 33 days left in this year, so i still have some time to reach my mini goal .

Just finished my low carb lunch. Not much food, but very satisfied. Egg whites, salad, chicken. Carb Master Yogurt. YUM. Hopefully eating light will help me stay awake today. I took naps all last week, and can't do that at work, it is FROWNED UPON....

I know! I hate it when they look at me all weird only cuz I decided it was time for a siesta!!!!

You can always close your eyes and when someone wakes you, just yell "AMEN". They can't say anything about prayer

I have yet to eat. As mentioned I didn't plan well (have to buy something). I may just go with the protein bar for 130 cals and have a nicer dinner?

duh....I get side tracked! LOL I actually came in here to say that I had NO IDEA how little calories a zucchini had! I'm thinking of doing a "boat" for dinner? (zuc, allotted amount of lean ground beef depending on calories I've consumed during the day, and laughing cow. Mix cheese with seasoned beef and place on zuc boat and bake?)

oh holy SMOKES that sounds GOOD!!!! I don't have any zuc's at home , but I have everything else... nice low carb/cal dinner! yummmm!!!!

My cals are at 442 and I only had 4 sausage patties and coffee w/cream. Eating lots of fat will kill u in the cal department!! .

OUCH! I try to behave calorie wise on dd's ESPECIALLY cuz I do not give up my coffee and H&H. NO WAY NO HOW!

Grabbed Kelloggs Cornflakes (90 cals) and skim milk for 80 cals. (If I use the whole carton which is 1/2 pint) I'll be at 170 with food BUT I don't count cals in coffee cuz I don't measure nor do I want to start....

I am honestly starved tho! (and getting a headache). I guess altho I didn't over do it during the weekend (LONG WEEKEND) I am w/drawing today or something!
