Pati, that'll come off..especially with you going so low on DDs. It was easier than before that's for sure. I ate low carb to get a reign on things and to put a halt on going overboard on the sugar/carbs..just because I knew I could. I had 4 eggs, 2 Hebrew National hot dogs with mustard and turkey breast sandwich meat (5 slices). I also had 2 packs of Diet Swiss Miss cocoa with sweetner..yum! I wish coffee was enough to sustain me..LOL.

Meek~good for you, congrats!! Progresso soups are filling and they are only 150/200 cals can depending on what type you get. Giant had them on sale last week, 2 for $3 but I'm not sure if the sale is still on. Menu looks good!

You ate all that on a low day!?!? WHY AM I NOT PAYING MORE ATTENTION!?!?! I needs to go shopping!!! (I need that swiss miss too!!!)

Meek, your low carb approach will work well! I'm sure!!!! It sounds really healthy!

LOL! The hebrew national dogs are the 97% fat free ones..really good.
yeah the cocoa is a staple now at 25cals/pk

lots of DD menus here.. THANKS LADIES!! cuz I am gonna need it tomorrow!! You guys are doing AWESOME!!!!!

So I just got out of our Thanksgiving work meal.. and O M G.. too much.. for sure... the good thing is I won't be hungry the rest of the day!. YIKES!..

So I will dream of my DD tomorrow... WOW what a switch in my thinking after stuffing myself.... Honestly though, I did not TRY to eat too much. I probably did not eat that much, but I feel it now that I have been done for awhile... the old WAIT 20 min before you eat again... is TRUE.. at least for me today...

When I finished I thought, well I could eat more, but I won't. THANK GOD.. I would be sweating bullets if I had eaten more...

You ladies keep up the conversation. I love hearing what you are doing!!!

i eat soup too! just not this week. i bought these low cal egg bowls (turkey, egg whites, cheese for 230 cals), low cal frozen dinners, bagel thins with laughing cow cheese, salads... i just like the variety and i try to find out what keeps me fullest.

Turkey, Ham, hash brown casserole, corn, green beans, 7 layer salad, mashed taters and gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, roll, fruit, pumpkin pie, cherry cobbler, apple pie, choc frosted brownies, cream cheese something... lol, whipped cream cake, iced sugar cookie.

Only a bite or two of the sides and desserts, but YUM!!!!!

a bite or two of dessert never happens with me. i would skip all the food and have a full sized slice of pie or cake or whatever it is.

From what I have read a free day is a day where you don't count ANYTHING AT ALL.. just enjoy the day... I guess most people still count their UP days..??

i think some people are so obsessed with counting that they struggle with the plan...so they end up having a fd where they just eat and count the cals after.

I'm good! I've been a good little piggy and only have 300 cals left. I'm going to end up having carbs for dinner (sweet potato fries) but oh well..it'll be within cal limit.

That sounds GREAT!! nobody is judging what you eat... your cals are yours... I am honestly looking forward to my DD now... still full to the gills.....

What a change of events that now we look forward to DDs. I'm still kind of full too but I want to make sure I eat up or as close to limit because tomorrow I'm definitely going to stay at or right below 500...nice spread.
