Morning Deb & Friends! How are you guys doing?!?!? Deb, how's it going on Atkins? So I upped my cals yesterday (alot I'd say). I had gained 3lbs over the weekend and yesterday I had coffee with H&H (yummm) twice! One big mug in the AM and one in the PM. I had hard boiled eggs for lunch (with the yolks - love hard boiled eggs) and for dinner I had a nice size (not over doing) steak (with the fat and i cooked it in olive oil) as well as baby peppers (the small ones that come in a bag..orange, yellow, red) steamed and olive oiled. OMG it was all so delish. Woke up this morning to pound lost 2 more and I'll be in virgin territory! I'll keep this up all week so I can gauge what it's doing in my body...Here's hoping ![]() |

![]() I am doing fine on Atkins.. love every bit of food I eat.. Just have to watch my portions and I know it will work for me.. I get kinda bored at night so I just have to stop that night snacking for good.. I am not even hungry when I find my hands wander to something to put in my mouth... ![]() Today is a nice new day, so let's do GOOD!!! Keep up the great work!!! Hi to all my friends out there.. hope your Tuesday is going well ![]() |

Oh gosh Deb, you described me in the evenings!! This is why I must have the coffee w/cream in the evening otherwise I'd go nuts! It usually does the trick to curb any need for food which I really don't NEED but want

to me the taste is the same ![]() I however, have zero problem with the regular coffee. My evening mug is usually right before I lay to sleep and it does nothing to me in terms of keeping me up. Oddly enough it does wonders when I am trying to wake up! I think its all mental for me! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Dunkin Donuts! NOM NOM NOM...
Actually, I'm not particularly picky with coffees as long as I make them myself (or should I say DH makes it...He tries to never let the pot sit without coffee in it because he knows it keeps me sane and happy! ) |

Congrats Pati! So you're eating low carb, are you also eating less cals? I'm doing a day or 2 or 3 of 17dd..LOL. I can't do it long term, I love me some fats!! But the weight loss is worth the sacrifice for now...plus I'm eating fruit again! |

C3 is next and you have a lot more items, do this too for 17 days. You then go back to C1 if you want to continue losing. Keep changing it every 17 days and the weight (and inch) loss is great. But, I do lose when going back to 17dd from LC the next day. Confused? ![]() |
