not really much to report.. still working my experiment. .Sats weigh in was only down a pound for the week, but the trade off is that I have been eating very well.

I just need to decide if one pound or less a week is going to get me where I want to go... well of course it WILL.. but VERY SLOWLY.. oh well...

Any loss is great!! You're a lot smaller now (low 170's...)so the losses will be slower. To be able to eat what you want and still lose weight is good! I wish I had that control to try it but I feel I'd end up with a face full of carbs and sweets.

I agree with Shari! ANY LOSS IS A GREAT!

How is everyone else doing

I'm hanging in there despite the lack of loss yesterday and this morning which really make me mad cuz for that I could be eating LC and be very very satisfied My dinner yesterday was delish. A rerun of Saturday but I love tilapia and it was just mouth watering

That's pretty much IT!

Thanks Shari, I know this, and if I would just be Patient!!! I would be ok.. I keep thinking how fast I lost before, and now I just have to realize I am smaller, and yes, I cannot expect as much anymore... OH WELL.. time to work more on my MIND...

Thanks Meek! I guess the consensus is that a pound is not so bad... I will just be happy for it.. and you are right.. slow is better in the long run, because honestly it has stayed off... for the most part.

I had a few times of gaining, but that is when I try to do HCG again.. I LOAD.. GAIN.. then give up... oh boy... no more loading for me.. I will be the tortise I guess... thanks all of you!..

This is me...I try to do protocol....SO I start with BINGE. Gain some weight. Lose some weight to where I was. Give up and I'm literally back at square one when I could have just kept up with LC and been trucking along at a tortoise pace

Thanks Meek! I'm hoping for SOMETHING!!!! The scale is NOT BEING NICE

That is true Meek! Thanks for the reminder.. I gained 4 pounds!.. GAH!... today down 1.2 of that.. so it will take this week I am sure!.. oh well.. it was fun!..

So this week is meat and veges and I am really happy about that.. I need to get back to the basics anyway.. Yesterday went well, had ribeye, some salad, burger patties for dinner with a bit of cheese.. felt really full, and still lost weight! Love LC!..

Glad you had a great celebratory dinner Deb! MEH. Don't worry too much about the weight gained since we all know it's water weight! Plus you've already lost 1/2 of it

I went waaaaaayyyy off plan this weekend. Yep. Right around the same time I normally do on P2! Honestly, I have zero regret! Seriously, not one ounce of regret. I woke up today (it was bad all weekend starting Saturday) to a 3lb gain. I gathered the info on the scale. Wrote it down and am carrying on with P2. I know it will be off soon and all will be fine...I want to see what doing this will bring me P2/weightloss wise I'll let you know by the end of the week!

So as of this morning (I'll be including the 3 I gained this weekend) I am down a total of 14.5lbs but remember this is not all P2 work. Friday was my lowest at 17.5lbs but I fudged that up! I know I'll get back there again soon enough.

I'm eating P2 today but not sure how long I'll keep it up? I dosed this morning. I think I'm about to go into experiment mode (almost running out of the injections but still have some drops at home). I may keep doing them and then up my cals some and eat out of p2 but keep cals at a low range or even maybe dare I try the dosing with Atkins?!?!? I'M THINKING CRAZY HERE

Well that's where I am!! How is everyone else?

I remember adding cream in my coffee, then adding more protein. Did that for a while, and then continued to add things that made me happy..

I TRIED to stay below around 800 cals though, so I am pretty sure I was losing just cuz of the low cals. I also felt like the HCG was giving me a boost in the fat burning dept. I am fairly sure that my appetite was also under control on HCG.

My problem became boredom, and with that I started to eat way too many CALS... so then I decided to do the alternating cals days. I did one day a week, usually Saturday of whatever I wanted, ( around 1800 cals) then I would go to 600, then 800, 600, 800 etc.. It worked for a pretty long time.

THEN.. I tried to do a round by the book and failed miserably... started to gain again, and never could get back into the groove. I should have just stuck with what worked for ME.. alt cal days... with no hunger.. those were the good old days....

Good luck hon, you will find what works for you... and when you do.. keep on going...
