Hi Laura! Thanks for stopping by! Thank you for the support on Atkins.. so far this is day 3 and I have never been more satisfied! I think before I just ate wayyyyy too much and did not have a loss right away, which made me want to eat even more... this time!!! Best of luck to you too!

Just a matter of minutes until my parents arrive, then many many others after that... oh joy!!! ... No drops just straight Atkins. I need a break from the HCG just mental is all.. and I am loving Atkins!!!

Thanks Meek, that was just a silly little thing my son put together for me..

I am soooo tired! Bed early tonight, then full speed ahead on my plan tomorrow... ( I ate very well, grilled meat, lots of veges, but I did nibble on some crackers.. oh well...) Not bad at all and I am in ketosis real strong...

Feeling ready to have a great week! Hope you are too...

I carry my weight in the bottom half too.

I keep hearing about this p3 reshaping but the weight somehow ends up right back in my thighs anyway.

Thank you Brenda.. very sweet. I am such a pear... no reshaping took place YET for me... maybe when I get to a good weight, and the fat will move to my chest...

I carry horribly around the middle. Even when I was skin and bones, my tummy was soft and if I gained I gained it there. I don't think there ever was a time in my adult life that I didn't look pregnant.

It is so funny how unique we all are huh? YET, we can have the same trouble areas... I was never skinny, but even when I was my thinnest, my thighs and behind were never in alignment with the rest of me...
