Hi Sans!!! Missing you too girl, but I know you have a nice life going no now so that makes me smile!!... The pool was awesome, it was so hot here! It has been in the 90's for about 2 weeks now and that is just too much heat for me.. so cooling off in the pool is so nice! Have a wonderful weekend yourself!.

Well my game plan is that I am going to use my sister's husband as a trainer, which he does for a living... He has offered many times, but I was not ready. Ready now.

So I will let you know how it is going... but he is really big on weight training being important for everyone, so I am sure this is going to be a large part of my workouts.

Thank you so much for that push Laura, I really just needed to see how you are doing, and the others to get myself mentally going..

Thanks Laura, this is my youngest sister's husband and he is 42. Looks fantastic! Does Triathalons, Marathons, all that fun stuff... He owns his own business, so more freedom.

So he has offered me this service for a few years now, and it got to the point that I was avoiding him... embarrassed!!! But when he saw that I had lost so much he really seemed sincere in wanting to help. SOOOOOOOOO here I go!

I will be training with him 4 days a week right now, and then the other days I can do stuff on my own, or rest. Wednesday morning we have session 2 at 6am sharp! ... I am excited!!...

Thank you Meek, you are very right! I am blessed to have a qualified person to help me, and now that I am over my embarrasment :blush: I am gonna go full speed ahead! .. excited!!

okkkkk this morning I feel like a truck ran over my body... so much muscle soreness... omg.. THAT was only an intro? We have not really started a routine yet?... YIKES....

This just goes to show me that I am not imagining how much muscle I have lost over the past few years.. I knew I was very fluffy but wow.. to feel the beginnings of muscle waking up again is fantastic.. well it will be in a few weeks I am sure...

My eating needs some work also. I am no longer D I E TING... but I am being mindful of eating low carb with some fruit.. It is summer and I don't want to deprive myself because I know for ME how much that backfires...

Right now I don't expect to lose alot of WEIGHT as in pounds, but I do expect to burn fat and tone myself. If the scale does not move for a while I do know why. I know I retain water when I work my muscles. I know I retain water when it is hot. I have swollen ankles right now because of this heat and water retention. I am hoping all these future workouts will help.

Bottom line is I will NOT let the scale bother me anymore. Don said measure, and stay off the scale for a couple of weeks. My body fat% is ridiculous. Seriously. I don't even want to put it into numbers right now.

Hi Deb. Sorry you're in plan, but it'll get better. No pain, No Gain, right? LOL. I know you didn't want to hear that! LOL. I agree, stay off the scale. It will only piss you off during weight training. I can't wait to see your final results. Keep up the good work!
