Second day on meds. Hoping the brain clears! I hat not being able to say what is in my mind.....can't get he right words together! Ughhhhhh! Makes me want to do whatever I can to avoid dementia, etc. pity those dealing with that! I almost forgot how bad it was last summer. So thankful for finding treatment!

155 again today. Coming back down! Yay!

Chilly here. Going o warm up next week.....of course when I'm working!

Was 82 in Canonsburg today, at least according to my phone!Of course the storms held off till tonight! I kept looking outside today at work and saying "I could have been fishing today". Then I would remember the $500 I just had to spend on my car!

We had a bit of light rain, but then it cleared up. Hope you get to go fishing! Catch one for me!

I got the wood grilled lobster, Shrimp and scallops.....OMG good! They subbed the rice with broc, so had a double broc when that was my option for the side. Perfect! Told the waitress to not bring the biscuits. No sense since neither of us eat them. That made it easier....no temptation!

May tomorrow already! Wow!

Got 3 meetings tomorrow. Got to go early.

Still gaining. Been eating too many carbs...even though most were good carbs. A snickers too....not good......got to get out of this cycle.......fast! I know what to do....just have to do it!

Losing my job I want to sit here and eat everything thank goodness going back to the gym helps a little, I cut up a bunch of celery and carrots but you know that just doesnt cut it sometimes. I cant seem to get on Pinterst if I wont allow a timeline, so I guess I will forget it I have enough to waste time on anyway, LOL

Anyways Kitty I hope your meds kick in and things get better for ya!
