Confession time:

Not doing so well here with the eating. Was up to 160 this morning before hitting the Loo. That was frightening! Talk about a cold slap! I got to get my eating under control. Yes, I know lots of it is water....for now! If I don't get back to eating well, it won't be just water....

I am swollen and aching. I hate this feeling as much as I hate the clothes being tight...maybe more

I know you have all been here, I have been here too many times too. I know what I need to do. I just have to do it. I'm just not happy with myself for allowing this to get out of control.

Have the Club banquet this Sat. evening, then I need to go VLC.

me too. I'm still recovering from my camping free-for-all TWO MONTHS AGO. I'm all unhappy, too, and having a helluva time getting back to it. ...but... I have to. Gotta focus, focus, focus.

Kitty and Glammy- you know what to do, start today get back on that horse and ride it, no waiting no thinking about it, you ate you had fun its over, get your LC crap you love and ride it, you both can do this,

Once this darn race is over I am going back to strict LC, to try to move this weight I just keep hanging around the same numbers, but I need it for the gym and running now, but after that I am going to take from Nov- christmas and try to work out with even lower carbs, watching all this fat and carbs sucks!!!! For me VLC is tons easier and more satisfying in many ways!

Steak, butter, cheese, nuts, OMG I love that stuff! I want cheese real cheese, not this fat free crap, and I have had it with FF Greek yogurt I swear one more bite I am going to scream!

WEll its good to admit it and perhaps that slap in the face was a positive right? Or you can turn it into one and get back on this LC thang and get those last 10lbs off

. The nice thing about being close to goal is you have forever to battle that last 10lbs as long as it doesn't become 20 and 30 and ...

You can do it crazy cat lady!! I know it!

No snow yet...but it is in the forecast around us. It just depends on how it comes up if we get much. I heard how much you are to get Amber...

Relatives in NY have snow today!

This weather is ruining our car cruise!

To get rain changing to snow. Unless it misses us completely, we won't be taking the car. Spent part of the evening shining her up for it just in case. At least I didn't have a costume all ready to go. That would have been really disappointing!

Weight is still 159 today.

Some of the snow melted, some is still around. Not deep; just a layer of the wet stuff in spots. Barely got to 41 here for a moment. Stayed in the 30s most of the day and back to 20s now.

I can't get warm! Not going to complain too much though. At least we have elec. Heard how many don't. Guessing Amber doesn't have elec. since she hasn't been posting and hear a lot in her area are without it. Hoping she is staying warm!

Got my chicken cooked. Chicken salad for tomorrow! Thanks for your recipe Laura!

At 158.8 this morning. Still under 160, so not freaking completely!

The plan is to get back to VLC for the week. Hoping that takes the extra water weight off quickly.

Hey Kitty you are right, no electricity we got that back on Sunday morning, but now no cable, phone or internet, OMG it is making me crazy!!! My whole town is a ghost town and I live in a valley so lots of trees, all the branches all over the roads, what a devastating snow fall. You know it was weird to see snow on trees with leaves, all the rain we had there are hardly any leaves off the trees hence all the snapping, but it sure did look pretty! But what a mess, OMG 8 more winters til I am in AZ or anyplace warm!

Warming up here for a bit, but I still can't get warm! WT? Shivering all the time! Foggy like crazy here the past 2 days. Extremely hard to see today! I hope tomorrow morning is better.

Finally got my hair cut and dyed. Got highlights in again too. She put more in than last time. I'm getting hooked on these

158.0 this morning. 2nd day of back to VLC. Fighting temptations, but glad I'm back on plan...back to normal

Going to be busy the next couple days. Good and bad busy.
