Ya'll were chatting it up w/o me!!!

So I'm on day 3 of LC and I'm down 6lbs....why don't I ever remember this sweet feeling and stick with it. my 1st goal is 20lbs....14 more to go!!!

Gotta be at work @ 1:30. Gonna try run errands beforehand. I am also going to join a gym again...had cancelled it for a few mths to cut bk on expenses, but I miss being able to go. Plus I gotta start the interval training for running. Oh, & I looked up bellydance lessons!

Gooooood Morning

Grateful to be a live another day!!!! Somethings are happening around me in my world that I can't control but it's great to know who is in control. I'm going to keep pressing forward!!!!

Found light bread that has 13 carbs per 2 slices....so I'm going to have that for bfast with eggs, bacon and ham. That should keep me full for a lil bit, baked chicken and cucumbers for lunch and not sure what's for dinner.

Morntingggg! Yea, I use light bread for sandwiches. I hope things resolve themselves in your life! My family consists of drama now & work has been stressful due to people quitting w/o giving 2 weeks' notice....I think that's why I'm ready to join the gym again to work it all out!
