I'm working out 6 days a week, some times twice a day. This week it will be 5 times a week because my left knee was feeling weird. Took two days off to rest.

I've been bloated and feel icky...TOM is here, can't wait for it to be gone! Ate clean and drank 64 ozs today, didn't get the second bottle in. That's my goal for tomorrow.

Weekend was good! Didn't do much, but I'm happy about getting a chance to rest. I'm down 25.2 lbs so I'm focused! I shared more in our fb group.

Morning Loves

This week has been fairly non eventful, I've worked out every day except for Sunday but I'm enjoying it. I've earned 55 activity points according to my weight watchers online tools. Our dance instructor always says "work on those Michelle Obama arms" so I've been focused. Toning as I get my cardio in!
Eating has been good, egg whites on a sandwich thin has been my go to breakfast meal for the past two weeks with some fruit and greek yogurt. Lunch is probably my heaviest meal and I'm doing my best to eat dinner at home.

Two weeks until I'm on the beach!!!!

I need a vacay!
