I love me some pop tarts
Stay way from dem thangs lolYESSS on the plant based eating. I agree with it but lately I have just been shopping for meats ect at trader joes and whole foods. Trying to eat more organic. I don't eat pork (except chitterlings during the holidays ) or beef so I am trying to stick with that for the most part. But I soooo agree. We have been eating more clean lately. Shopping on the outides of the store if I don't order out. And its easy eating out in ATL because they have soooo many restaurants that focus on grass fed this and vegetarian fed chickens ect. I go to this place called farm burger and get turkey burgers... can you say YUMMO!!!

Hi Cle, my boss's wife just started Weight Watchers and lost 10 lbs her first week.
I want to lose most of my weight before I switch over. I love low carbing, but I think WW helps to keep things in perspective. |

Breakfasts- rotate between egg white omelets with mushrooms, onions & peppers on an Arnold Whole wheat thin and/or Hood calorie countdown milk chocolate or plain with bananas and strawberries or frozen fruit.
Lunch- Soups, mostly veggie choices, salads, and stir frys. I usually eat at the cafeteria or out. But I still try and make good decisions. Dinner- I do my best to eat at home. The same choices at lunch, tonight I made those stuff peppers with chicken and veggies. Each meal I try and keep less than 400 cals. Snacks- fruit, fruit & fruit....snack wells has these 130 cal chocolate drizzled popcorn that tastes amazing but I try not to eat it every day. I'm working out 6 days a week, some times twice a day. This week it will be 5 times a week because my left knee was feeling weird. Took two days off to rest. Hope this helps!
