Heyyyyy my gurls ... Im wit you... Im trying to figure out a game plan right now.. My gurlfriend wants to do Weight Watchers... I told her as a motivation id do whatever she wanted to.. I needed a partner and so does she... Ive missed you guys... Ive had another schedule change soooo maybe i can make some new things happen... TTYL

I am on day one, and the eating is good and i already did my workout (circuit training and a yoga cool down). I really enjoyed the yoga, surprisingly. gonna look for a longer yoga video (on demand) tomorrow and see how i like it.

Hey Cle ... Ive always worked days, the difference is I used to work Monday thru Thursdays and some Fridays 12 hour days (7am to 7pm)... Now I work Mon thru Sat 8 hour days (7am to 3pm)... I do have more time to do things now, I just have to figure out what I want to do... lol Ive learned that quick fixes make it worse for me, so even though I love to see the numbers go down fast Ive gotta slow it down so the weight will stay off... Im trying to get the ole brain to refocus ...

I went somewhere recently and I was embarassed , the last time I went there I had loss a ton of weight and I got some great comments... I got comments this time that were the opposite ...
