I went to a couple meetings and bought all my stuff then started doing it on my own. Then I did WW online on and off. WW online is helpful because you can find so many recipes and the PP values of everything. They also have a recipe builder where you put in all the ingredients and it tells you how many PP it is. When I first started 16 months ago the least points you could get is 29. But they have changed that and now it's 26.

I like having the books too, because I'm not always at my computer.
