Mmmm I love baked ziti. Yummy! My eating is ok. I started back on juddd Monday. Hopefully I drop the holiday weight this week and get back to losing

Cool!!!! Just made some ground beef, spinach, onions and peppers with rotel, didn't add cream cheese but I may...that's bfast and lunch tomorrow so hopefully no ziti for me!

Hey Girlie!!

Thought I better get back on LCF with my peeps cuz I am beginning to get out of control again. The holidays are over and I am up to 185! So I gained about 10-15 pounds since November. Oh well time to get back in there and work it off. WTG with getting back on plan. Keep it up lets inspire each other.

Oh I am not going to create another journal. I know I won't maintain it so I will just live vicariously through yours! LOL

Your nephew is precious and I am sure the fam is eating him up!

ok in re: exercise...i joined a gym...got a personal trainer..and she hurt me. LOL. Like literally... left knee, left hip, left shoulder pain. and then she proceeded to tell me i didn't know the difference between pain and soreness. that my knee was a MUSCLE and i wasn't used to working it out. EXCUSE ME! so i promptly cancelled personal training and have taken about 3 week off at the gym to get some pain relief. i'm going to see a chiropractor soon to see if i need an adjustment and then i will be back to the gym lol

I failed tonight.....did well bfast and lunch- didn't even eat the ziti I made and this afternoon was a nightmare!!!! I went for the moscato and fried rice....

Back on track tomorrow though I'm so disappointed in myself but was fully aware when I was eating....

(((((MARL))))) You can post here, you know I don't care, I'm all about group journals anyway...I have A LOT TO LOSE!!! I clearly need to stop playing games!!!! Great weekend to ya'll!!! Student will be back to campus soon so I'm working the next two weeks....

LOL...thanks girl!! I miss yall! I love the idea of group journals also! Otherwise we have too many diff convos on everyone's journal and I will get lost. I did ok today, but I am WEAK! I need to go to bed right now before I mess up! UGH!

Morning Deb!!!

back on track this morning having eggs and tuna then zumba at 10. I renewed my membership to the Y so I can stay motivated.
Trying to find a healthy balance where I don't feel too deprived carbwise and I'm not obsessed with everything related to food.
