So after another great weekend where I failed to eat on plan.....here I am...

I'm starting the 17 DD today, a coworker gave me the book and I read through it. It reminds me of WW Core or South Beach...but I need to do something different!

Soooo here I am day 1 again!

I'm on day um, something..LOL, but I'm starting fresh today. I ate poorly yesterday but the extra comes off pretty quickly when doing this plan. Has you coworker had great success? The boy's father has lost a lot of weight doing it...convinced me to try it!

Girl she has lost 170 lbs!!! She did lc first then 17dd...she talks about it every chance she gets. Sooo I figured I'm going to try it out and shut her up. She's awesome though...after all that she still has about 70 lbs to lose!!! I'm going to work it out. I just need some good recipes.

WHOA!! That's incredible!! It's good that you have someone at work for support as well..and she's walking proof that it works! 'The Doctors' website has good info and recipes too.

I know...she has a lot of excess skin...so I'm sure that's part of it..but she can't have surgery til she reaches goal. I didn't know the doctors support 17 DD. I'll go look!

I just looked. 17dd used to be on pg 1 now you have to go to community tab, hit message boards then it'll show on pg 2...
