So my day was pretty good, managed to stay busy and I actually wasn't that hungry for dinner but decided that I needed to eat something. I work tommorow, so it should be pretty easy to stay on track

I'm wondering if 149 is doable before the weekend....guess I won't know until I try

Tommorow for lunch I think it is going to be Turkey Bacon & Scrambled Eggs.

Snack before work will be 2 Deviled Egg Halves (If my Dad hasn't scarfed them yet...)

Dinner will be Shredded Taco Chicken W/Mayo wrapped in Salami Slices.

Food:

Lunch (1:00pm)
-2 Chicken Breasts Coated W/Pork Rinds
-2 Tbsp. LC Ketchup
-1 Diet Mountain
-40 Oz. Water
Dinner (6:00pm)
-5 Oz. Tuna W/Mayo
-6 Salami Slices (Crisped up in the Microwave )
-2 Deviled Egg Halves
-1 Diet Rite
-40 Oz. Water

Totals= 1188kcal, 118g (40%) protein, 71.2g (54%) fat, 10.3g (4%) carbs, 0g Fiber, 10.3g (4%) net carbs, 2986 mg sodium.

Forgot a snack today too, not sure why, wasn't really craving one.

Keep on swimming, swimming, swimming.

Meat & Egg

Day 1 = -1.8lbs (152lbs)
Day 2 = -.6lbs (151.4lbs)

I am really liking my results so far, I cannot wait to get into the 140's! Not much new, gunna make my bacon and eggs for lunch, and then head to work.

Tommorow I am going to get my hair done so it will be a nice treat! I love getting my hair done, and now that I am close to 150lbs, I will treat it as my reward. Hope the weather stays nice today too, even though I love thunderstorms.

Until Later

Not much going on tonight, heres my food

Can't wait to get my hair done tommorow, hopefully new progress pics soon!

Lunch (12:00pm)
-2 Eggs
-5 Slices Turkey Bacon W-1/2 Tablespoon Butter
-1/2 Tsp. SF Syrup
-1 Diet Pepsi
-21 Oz. Water W/Lemon
Dinner (8:00pm)
-1-1/2 Cups Shredded Taco Chicken W/Mayo, Mustard & Relish
-6 Salami 'Chips'
-1 Deviled Egg Half
-1 Diet Rite
-40+ Oz. Water W/Lemon

Totals = 1108kcal, 82.1g (30%) protein, 82.2g (68%) fat, 8.8g (3%) carbs, 0g Fiber, 2534 mg sodium.

I'm hoping I'll see another lose on the scale tommorow, I do have to get up earlier than normal so that may have an impact on the scale. I feel like meat and egging results are too good to be true, but so far I'll take any loss I can get!

Also, haven't been snacking at all (haven't really thought about snacks, and just haven't been that hungry)...ketosis sure is great

So today I am very tired, couldn't fall asleep until like 6am this morning. Then I had to get up around 9:30 to go get my hair done so I didn't really get a chance to weigh.

On a plus side my hair and eyebrows are both looking pretty nice

I also made lots of BBQ fare for a BBQ tommorow with my friends, just hoping the weather is nice. I made some un-potato salad (with cauliflower), mixed berries, and some almond flour cupcakes w/whip cream and ganache. Nom Nom.

Thinkin' Im going to call it an early night tonight since I am so tired. Went a little off plan today tasting my creations, but hoping it doesnt mess with my weigh-in tommorow.

Lunch(1:30pm)

-Roast Beef (Taken from the inside of an Arbys sandwich)
-16 Oz. Diet Peach Green Tea
Snack (3:00pm)
-1 Strawberry
-1/2 Almond Cupcake
Dinner (4:00pm)
-5 Oz. Tuna W/Mayo & Mustard
-Pork Rinds
-Diet Rite

60+ Oz. Water

Totals = 741kcal, 68.9g (37%) protein, 49.6g (60%) fat, 6.6g (3%) carbs, 1.5g fiber, 5.1g (3%) net carbs, 2140mg sodium.

So I for sure ate off plan today (WAY off plan) but I was relaxing with my best friends who I don't see that often, so I don't feel too terrible (and it was my first real cheat in 80 days, so I let it go). The haul included oreos, some twizzler bites, sour patch kids, chips, and a krispy kreme doughnut (funny story, they closed the krispy kremes in MN--and in highschool we used to frequent them a ton) so when my BFF traveled to Chicago last weekend she bought us a dozen and froze them, so I couldn't turn it down...

Our BBQ also got rained out, so we cooked inside and then played some board games and Just Dance for the Wii (which is so fun). I don't think I am going to weigh tommorow for obvious reasons, but its right back to the grind. I still want to try and hit 148 by Friday, so I have to be extra good. The only snag might be tommorow night when I go out to the Olive Garden with my mom and dad for fathers day, but I have already scoped the menu and know my choices, so I should be prepared. Tommorow will be regular LC (because I am sure my dinner will include veggies) but then I am back to meat & egging until my birthday.

Im not sure on my food tonight since I was grazing, so I won't post it, but tommorow is a new day

It was kinda fun to eat off plan but I do feel a bit bloated so I am sure when my weight goes up it will be due to water retenion which I can handle, but it just reminds me how nice it feels to not be bloated after I eat a meal, more motivation to go right back to LCing.

I think I am off to bed, since I work tommorow, but hope everyone had a nice fathers day eve

151.4!

Ok, so I caved and weighed myself, but I am glad I did. I weighed in (miraculously) at 151.4 which has been a consistent weight for the last 3 days. I think its a sign to keep trucking on LC and even if I had a blip that all is forgiven (we are human of course!). So today I am going to keep my lunch small since I am going out to dinner after work for Father's Day and then be able to get back to meat & egging Monday-Thursday. Other than that, not much else planned for my week I work tommorow and then am off for a few days.

My 23rd Birthday is this Friday and on this day I proclaim a cheat day, BF and I are going to our favorite burger place (The 5-8 club) to get a Juicy Lucy burger (A yummy burger stuffed with a molten cheese middle) I have been wanting one forever, and I am going to allow myself to have one and a few french fries from the BF. After we are going to Coldstone to get a free birthday Ice Cream (I have already told myself to stick to the sinless ice cream w/berries as a topper) so it won't do so much damage. Then we are going to play a nice round of golf. I want to try an 18 hole course since I've only ever done 9. Hopefully, he will let me

It should be a really fun day so I am looking forward to it, and not just because its a cheat day. I won't want to undo all my hard work.

Today I think I am going to have 2 Deviled Eggs for Lunch some sort of Meat & a Diet Rite. Then for Dinner I will have either the Herb Rubbed Salmon W/Steamed Broccoli (from Olive Garden) or the Parmesean Rubbed Sirloin W/Asparagus. Both sound amazing so I will decide once I get there after work.

Have a great day all

What a Day

Tonight was a pretty good night, work was easy and although my parents switched up the restaurants and went to Red Lobster instead of the Olive Garden, I still have a really good dinner. I don't know if I will see a loss tommorow on the scale, but tommorow is the start of my meat and egging once again until my Birthday

Heres my food:

Lunch (12:30pm)
-1-1/2 Deviled Eggs
-1/4 Cup Un-Potato Salad
-1 String Cheese
-1 Diet Pepsi
Dinner (8:00pm)
-1 Petite Sirloin
-1 Shrimp Skewer
-1 Side Steamed Broccoli
-1 Side Salad W/Blue Cheese
-3 Diet Cokes

and 60+ Oz. Water

Totals = 1109kcal, 77.6g (29%) protein, 74.3g (62%) fat, 26.1g (10%) carbs, 6.7g fiber, 19.4g (7%) net carbs, 2617mg sodium

151.2

Down -.2/lb today, not bad but hoping tommorow there is more of a loss since I am starting meat and egg fasting today. Have to work again today and plan on eating simply throughout the day.

My goal is to lose between 2.4lbs-3.2lbs in about 4 days, I don't know if I can do it but I'm gunna give it a good shot.

For lunch today I think I am going to do Turkey Bacon & Eggs and then Tuna Mayo W/Pork Rinds or Salami Slices for Dinner. If needed, I'll have Salami for a snack as well.

Have a nice Monday everyone

Hey Mariah! Just popping by to say good luck for this week! I really hope that you hit your bday goal I know how cool that would be! Just remember how worth it it would be if you get there and think of that every time you're about to put food in your mouth.

Take Care and Happy Birthday!!!

So work was a little chaotic tonight, but it wasn't a horibble night. Just didn't really get time to sit down and take a break. Other than that, nothing has been happening much in my life, summer is here so its been pretty relaxing.

I think I did pretty well on sticking to the Meat & Egg fast today, except for a few lightly breaded shrimp. I may have overdone it with the aspartame in my diet drinks but I dont really know if this stalls me or not. I had 2 packets of crystal light mixed in with my water and 1 packet of splenda in with my iced tea at work and for some reason I feel like I've cheated, even though its not technically a cheat. I dont know why I feel bad about drinking them, but I feel like its because I have started to cut everything out of my WOE. So that anything other than just plain meat and eggs (other than butter & mayonnaise) feels "wrong". So strange....who would think eating vegetables is considered cheating when you're dieting...WTH.

I think once I get down to around 145 I may move into OWL but still stay under 20g net carbs until the 130's. I may be getting ahead of myself, but something to look forward to I suppose.

I have to get up early tommorow so a repairman can come replace our motherboard on our furnace so weighing might get a little tricky. I usually don't like to weigh myself until 10-11am (since I go to bed so late). I would really like to see a nice loss for tommorow as I think I did pretty well on my eating. But only time will tell.

Breakfast (11:30am)
-5 Slices Turkey Bacon W-1/2 Tbsp. Butter
-2 Oz. Tuna W/Mayo
-1 Shrimp
-1 Tsp. SF Syrup
-1 Diet Pepsi
Lunch (1:30pm)
-3 Oz. Tuna W/Mayo
-1 Serving Pork Rinds
-2 Shrimp
-20 Oz. Crystal Light Sunrise
-20 Oz. Water
Snack (7:00pm)
-20 Oz. Crystal Light Sunrise
-20 Oz. Mint Tea W-1 Splenda
-2 Hardboiled Eggs
Dinner (8:00pm)
-1 Ground Chicken Patty W/LC Ketchup & Mustard
-1 Shrimp
-1 Diet Mountain Dew
-20 Oz. Water

Totals = 1096kcal, 96.2g (36%) protein, 70.4g (59%) fat, 14.6g (5%) carbs, .2g fiber, 13.4g (5%) net carbs, 3217mg sodium.

When written down my food looks way more than it actually was, but I really didn't feel like I ate that much. I for sure drank a lot though.

I know what you mean about the food volume. When I write it out, I think: WOW! That's a lot! But over the course of 12-18 hours, not really.

Down a little bit today on the start of this weeks meat and egg fast.

Day 1: -.2/lb (151lbs)

But on a great note, I am down 2.8lbs since last Tuesday which has broke through my 4 weeks of terrible to no losses, and I really think I have meat and egging to thank. I don't think I could only ever eat meat and eggs, but for making my mini goals right now I'm alright with doing it. I bet if I'd incorporate just meat and eggs at least 2 days/week my losses would be better....something to think about.

Going to see the BF tonight, and I told him I'd bring him dinner, I think I am going to try the grilled double down from KFC and then pick him up some dinner from there. Its the only thing I could think of that is basically just meat (except for a piece of cheese). So that will be my dinner. Hoping the sodium doesn't kill me.

Nothing else really planned except for that.

Hope everyone has a good Tuesday

So tonight with the BF was pretty good, I brought him some dinner from KFC, but alas when I went to order the Grilled Double Down and a Diet Coke they told me that they no longer have the grilled fillets and in my panic I just said I'd take the regular one. Well, I looked up the nutrition and its about 11g net carbs for 1 double down. More than I would have liked for my VLC day but I was still under 20g net for the day so I shouldn't be too upset. I am also worried about the sodium content as I didn't drink as much water as I would have liked today. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a tiny jump in the scale tommorow due to my higher carb count and the sodium (although I am still praying for a lose).

After we had dinner, we went to go pick up a new game for him, and then we went to a sports store to look at some golf clothes. He's taking me to a nice 18 hole golf course on Friday before we go out to dinner. I liked one of the golf polos, but didn't want to spend $45 on a shirt just then, so I passed it up. I will have to look at more shirts that I'd like better. Afterwards, we just vegged on the couch and cuddled, not a bad night

Not much on the agenda for tommorow, probably some chores. I have to run to the store and pick up some eggs, we are out, and I was hoping my mom would pick some up when she went to the grocery store but she didn't, and I am in desperate need of some eggs, because well a meat fast is just boring...

Heres my food:

Lunch (11:30am)
-4 Slices Turkey Bacon
-1 Carmelized Onion Chicken Patty
-1 Tbsp. LC Ketchup & 1 Tsp. Mustard
-1 Diet Mountain Dew
-20 Oz. Water
Snack (1:45pm)
-5 Oz. Tuna W/2 Tbsp. Mayo & 1 Tsp. Mustard
-1 Diet 7up
Dinner (6:00pm)
-1 Double Down Sandwich
-1 Diet Coke
-20 Oz. Water

Totals = 1,222kcal, 114.5g (37%) protein, 78.8g (58%) fat, 16.3g (5%) carbs, 1g fiber, 15.3g (5%) net carbs, 4193 mg sodium

Surprised!

So I really thought that I would have gained from my sodium loaded double down last night, but I am actually down -1.2/lb. Super exciting!

Day 1: -.2/lb (151.0lb)
Day 2: -1.2/lb (149.8lb)

I don't remember the last time I was in the 140's!

Tonight, I am going to Buffalo Wild Wings with a friend, so it will be very easy to stay on plan with my Meat and Egg Fast. I will probably get 8-10 Chicken Wings W/Blue Cheese.

Before I eat my lunch, I think I am going to run to the store to buy some eggs, I have been out and am getting sad doing a meat & egg fast with no eggs, lol. I also think eggs keep my full nicely and aid in my weight loss, so I must make sure to go get some (after the Price is Right is over ).

Going to take some more progress pictures either today or tommorow, technically I still have .2/lb left, but I'm sure in a picture it won't make that big of a difference.

Not much else going on today, have a great Wednesday everyone

Had a pretty good day today, dinner with my friend was nice, and enjoyed my newly boughten eggs quite thoroughly. I am hoping my weight-loss sticks tommorow. The 140's seem too good to be true.

Although the scale says the number, I don't feel like I look how much I weigh. Maybe its just because I see myself every day, and I need new clothes

I keep wearing my clothes that are too big on me just because they're comfortable, and my other jeans that are smaller while they fit, just don't feel "right" yet. I could for sure use some new summer clothes, I just don't want to spend the money. Oh well, at least I'm feeling better

I was really hungry today, so I hope tommorow I am less hungry. Being peeing like crazy too so even though my ketostix are registering negative, I know there has to be something going on...

Food for the day:

Lunch (11:30am)
-4 Slices Turkey Bacon W-1/2 Tbsp. Butter
-2 Scrambled Eggs
-2 Tsp. SF Syrup
-1 Diet Mountain Dew
Snack (2:30pm)
-2 Deviled Eggs
-1 Glass Unsweetened Iced Tea
-20 Oz. Crystal Light Sunrise
Dinner (6:45pm)
-9 Buffalo Wings W/Blue Cheese (6 Hot BBQ & 3 Parm. Garlic)
-2 Diet Cokes
Snack (8:00pm)
-2 Cups Sweet & Spicy (Good Earth) Tea
-40 Oz. Water

Totals = 1,461kcal, 88.2g (24%) protein, 114.7g (71%) fat, 12.5g (3%) carbs, 0g fiber, 12.5g net carbs, 3294mg sodium.

Calories were a little high, but like I said I was very hungry...

140's here to stay!

So my weight-loss stuck, and I am down another -1/lb! I love meat and egging for the results! I am getting bored with my food, but tommorow I am going to eat what I want (within reason) for my birthday and not feel bad about it. Then back on track in order to meet my goal of 145 by the 4th of July. Just one more day of meat and egging. I actually think I am going to make my 148 goal by tommorow! Wohoo!

Day 1: -.2/lb (151.0lb)
Day 2: -1.2/lb (149.8lb)
Day 3: -1.0/lb (148.8lb)

Total = -2.4/lb.

Think I am gunna have some turkey bacon and eggs for lunch, hard-boiled egg for a snack, and chicken w/pork rinds for dinner. Easy day, I dont feel very hungry at all either so thats great.

My mom also picked me up 2 different Atkins books she found from a thrift shop. One is DANDR, and the other one is an Atkins book published in the 1990's. I think I am going start reading DANDR first to see how much it differs from the New Atkins one I previously bought. I also lent my friend my New Atkins book and my South Beach book yesterday because she is interested in losing weight and thinks its awesome I've been so successful with my WOE. Hopefully it works for her!

I'm still finding it hard to believe I am in the 140's. It seems surreal. Because then I only have one more ten digit gap until I am in the realm of my goal weight...eerie!

On a side note, yesterday I managed to get below the weight that is posted on my driver's license!! My drivers license says 150, and now I am offically lighter than that after years of being above it. Im hoping when I am 25 and have to renew my license that I will be able to write in a new low weight and no longer be ashamed about my weight!

Hope everyone has a great Thursday! Hoping the weather turns out nicer today.

So I think I did a pretty good job sticking to my plan today of meat & egging.

I have to get up a little earlier than normal tommorow to go out to brunch with the BF and then go golfing, but I still feel like I should see a little result tommorow on the scale considering how good I was today.

Excited for some Birthday celebrations tommorow. I'm not big on huge get togethers for my birthday since I'm not a huge fan of my birthday, but having a nice one-on-one date with the BF should do quite nicely. I always have more fun in an intimate setting anyways.

Ooh and I almost forgot, I have read about 250+ pages in DANDR today, and I have to say I enjoy this book more than my previous Atkins book. Really glad my mom picked it up for me. I have much more respect for Dr. Atkins after reading his books

But I gotta get to bed early in order to wake up so I'll make my post short.

Lunch (11:30am)
-2 Poached Eggs W-Hollandaise Sauce (I'm so proud I made this all by myself!)
-4 Slices Turkey Bacon W-1/2 Tbsp. Butter
-1 Egg White (Leftover from the Hollandaise)
-1 Diet Mountain Dew
Snack (2:30pm)
-1 Hard-Boiled Egg
-2 Small Stawberries
-20 Oz. Crystal Light Sunrise
Dinner (6:30pm)
-2 Chicken Breasts Coated W-2 Tsp. HWC & Pork Rinds
-2 Tbsp LC Ketchup
-1 Diet Pepsi
-20 Oz. Water
Snack (10:00pm)
-16 Oz. Sweet & Spicy Tea

Totals = 1,255kcal, 103.8g (33%) protein, 89.1g (64%) fat, 8.9g (3%) carbs, .3g fiber, 8.6g (3%) net carbs, 2814 mg sodium.
