So went off plan today and a little bit yesterday. I hosted a baby shower so it included some much carbier foods. Im hopping right back on the wagon tomorrow. I am exhausted from running around and working. Hopping tomorrow at work goes by quickly. We're supposed to have a windchill of around -25....still questioning why I live in MN

Set up some goals for myself and reset my ticker. It sucks being at my heaviest and having regained the weight I lost 2+ years ago, but I just have to remember it's all down from here...

February 15th 2014: -25#
April 2nd 2014: -50#
May 22nd 2014: -75#

*Anything after this point is more of a vanity goal...

June 30th 2014: -85#
August 18th 2014: -100#

Alright was able to stick to the meat & egg for about 3 days. Got rid of the weight I gained from the baby shower. Now on to something more sustainable. I am starting a 90 day induction challenge for myself, sticking to the rules of induction and just adopting healthier habits. Ive had a history of Bulimia and it still rears its ugly head every so often and I'd really like to kick it. Im hoping this can help me get rid of my cravings while losing weight and feeling good about myself. Day 1 today was a little rough, so tomorrow is my new starting day

First day of the 90 day challenge was yesterday and I think I did pretty darn good! I even made a little Atkins journal for myself to track better. Main goals of my challenge (for me at least) are to stay under strict induction (No Nuts, limiting A.S., and getting the right amount of protein and veggies). I also have made a goal for myself of getting at least 10,000 steps a day and drinking at least 64 oz. of plain water! Both of which I succeeded with yesterday and I was even down a little on the scale today

Here's my food from yesterday:

Breakfast (8:30am):
-1 Crystal Farms Ham & Cheese Omelett
-2 Slices Bacon
-24 Oz. Water
Lunch (12:00pm):
-1 Serving Turkey, Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole
-1 String Cheese
-1 Pepsi One
-24 Oz. Water
Dinner (6:15pm):
-4 Oz. Tequila and Lime Chicken Wings
-10 Pieces of Celery
-2 Tbsp. Blue Cheese Dressing
-1 Pepsi One
-24 Oz. Water
Snack (8:00pm):
-2 Cups Coffee W-2 Tbsp. SF Torani & 4 Tbsp. Unsweetened Dunkin Donuts Creamer

Total = 1224kcals, 78g protein, 23g carbs, 5g fiber, 18g net carbs, 86g fat, 2975mg sodium

Steps = 10,014
Water = 64+ Oz.

Another successful day down, and much more marching in place to make sure I get my 10,000 steps in. My legs were actually a little sore this morning (which is slightly embarassing) however I think making sure I get those in will help me move forward with my fitness.

Food for the day:


Breakfast (8:30am)
-1 Ham & Cheese Omelet
-2 Slices Bacon
-24 Oz. Water
Lunch (12:00pm)
-1 Serving Turkey, Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole
-1 String Cheese
-1 Pepsi One
-12 Oz. Water
Snack (6:00pm)
-1 String Cheese
-6 Oz. Coffee W-1 Tbsp. SF Torani & 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Creamer
Dinner (6:30pm)
-4 Oz. Buffalo Chicken Wings
-10 small pieces of Celery
-3 Tbsp. Blue Cheese Dressing
-1 Pepsi One
-48 Oz. Water

Totals=1352kcals, 81g protein, 23g carbohydrates, 3g fiber, 101g fat, 3330mg sodium *little high on the sodium today

Steps: 10,034
Water: 64+ Oz

Going to aim for about 12,400 steps today to make up for not getting 10,000 yesterday.

Still doing well! Forgot to put my pedometer on today so I have no idea how many steps I did, and I dont really feel like marching around just to get it 12,000 steps so I will start fresh tomorrow. BUT I got my water in and stuck to my menu and I was down this morning once again. For some reason I dont feel like I'm going to lose tomorrow but I'll never know until tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow instead of going out for V-day, we are ordering in Italian food and having a movie night. Ive already scoped the menu and am going for the Chicken Caesar Salad, no croutons--might have a glass of wine but Im going to try and abstain.

Here's ma food for the day:


Brunch (10:30am)
-3 Scrambled Eggs W-1 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter & 2 Tbsp. Cheddar
-2 Slices Bacon
-1 Cup Coffee W-1 Tbsp. SF Torani & 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Creamer

-4 Oz. Tuna W-1.5 Tbsp. Mayo, 1/2 Tbsp. Relish & 1 Tsp. Mustard

Still going strong on my 90 day challenge! I was down about 6.6# my first week, so feeling good about that. However my TOM came early so the scale jumped a little this morning, but Im sure it will go back down. Im hoping for another #5 this week. We'll see!

Snack (9:30pm)
-1 Tbsp. No Sugar Added So Delicious Chocolate Ice Cream

Had a really exhausting day today, but I'm glad to say that I've been on plan for 11 days, haven't had this long of streak for quite a while and it feels really nice. I was down 1# this morning too so that's a nice surprise. Still hoping to get my 5# for this week!
