Restarting my meat & egging tomorrow. I suck

I also just got my laptop fixed so hopefully I'll be less MIA now.

I have a wedding to attend on the 22nd and even though the dress I got fits, losing a little weight might make me feel better while wearing it

Hoping for 17 days of M/Egging, no weight loss goal as of yet but just less of me

June 13th-June 30th: Meat & Egging

I have a wedding to go to this Saturday as well and while my dress fits Id feel a little more confident if I dropped my excess water weight

This is the dress that I got, I plan to wear it with black pumps-and I'll get a spray tan the day before to help me look a little thinner

So far so good today, just coffee and some creamer.

Ive been a little MIA lately and OFF PLAN--but hey thats life. A lot of things have happened since Ive checked in. Ive started a new job as a weight loss consultant (Ironic isn't it?!), at a Company that rythmes with 'Ready Past'.

Im moving out of my apartment in WI this weekend and temporarily moving in with my parents until the fall so I can focus on taking my RD exam and finding a second part time job--hopefully with benefits.

I have adopted two new little critters into my life that I will pick up in July! Two beautiful French Lop rabbits, and I am super excited to be a new rabbit Mommy!!

Also, I just attended a wedding last weekend and while I had a blast--I was not very enthused by the pictures of myself afterwards. Ish.

And I had my 25th birthday yesterday--and I am determined to make it a great year so why not start off with a bang?

So here I am back on plan with 1 day under my belt. I plan to make some Bacon & Cheese Quiche for my breakfasts this week and also make sure I have some LC friendly lunch options. I just have to keep prepared so I dont fall into my slump.

I'm not sure of my weight-but I know its up from last time, so just going to keep trucking along--going to weigh in tomorrow morning. Receiving this new position has really made me want to keep at my weight loss so I can be an inspiration to clients as well. Plus its always a good thing to practice what you preach.

Had a lot of protein today because I was a little unprepared and just grabbed whatever LC foods I could find in the fridge this morning. Tomorrow will be better though. One day at a time!

And here are some pictures of my new baby bunnies!

The first picture her name is Lahna and she is 15 months old. The second picture her name is Daphne and she will be 6 weeks old July 16th! So cute!

Glad to see you back. As long as you keep trying you'll never fail... i know how it goes to see pics of yourself, sometimes you don't realize how you look until you see it in a photo and then you're like "whoa!". Your bunnies are adorable, my two year old son LOVES bunnies!!!

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!!

I just turned 30 in March and i decided that i don't want to be overweight in my 30s like i was for most of my 20s! theres a facebook page "finally alive after 25" she decided to be healthy, 25 was a turning point for her. She weighed alot more than you though, so it doesn't seem you have to much longer to go!! You can do it!

Happy Monday everyone! Hope all is well, I was able to make it through the weekend and I'm hoping that I'll be able to stick to this like I did the first time to peel off the pounds (and keep it off for good!). I'm feeling great other than a nasty cold I've been battling and not hungry; my cravings for sweets and sugary things has been decimated so as long as that is under control I should be fine

Weekend went fine, I worked Saturday in the morning and then Saturday night went out to dinner with the boyfriend where I stuck to plan (despite him ordering a medium deep dish pizza) I ended up having coconut breaded chicken fingers and a side salad, felt proud of myself

Yesterday for dinner I ended up making a ham that I had gotten on sale around Christmas time, and even though its a tiny ham (~2#) I will need to find some different ways to use it, I only want to eat about 4 oz. at a time as its very salty and I think the scale was up today because of it.

Speaking of scale I got a new scale on Saturday, the Fitbit Aria and so far I am really liking it. I have synced it with my Fitbit so now keeping track of my weight and body fat should be fairly easy.

Nothing else much going on today, just trying to keep on keeping on.

Here is my food from yesterday:

Lunch (1:00pm)
-3 Egg Omelet W-1 Tbsp. Butter & 1 Tbsp. Sharp Cheddar
-3 Slices Bacon
-1 Lemon Cream Cheese Jello
-1 Diet Cherry Pepsi
Dinner (6:00pm)
-5.5 Oz. Ham
-1 Cup Creamed Spinach
-20 oz. Crystal Light Orange
Snack(9:00pm)
-1 Cup Coffee W-1 Tbsp. HWC & SF Torani

Totals=1086kcals, 69g protein, 19g carbs, 5g fiber, 14g net carbs, 80g fat, 2633mg sodium.

Will check back in later tonight

Still doing well here. I think I had a small case of food poisoning last night as I woke up at 3am and threw up a few times. I don't know know if I'll be able to have Ham & Asparagus for a while...

Only off plan thing I had today was a few crackers. I was trying to settle the crazy rumbles in my stomach. Otherwise still on plan, foodwise, and I was down another #1 this morning but Ive been wavering between the same numbers for a few days. So I have no idea what the scale will say tomorrow.

Here's my food for the day:

Lunch (12:30pm)
-1 Bowl Broccoli & Cauliflower Soup
-4 Club Crackers
-22 Oz. Crystal Light Sunrise
Snack (1:30pm)
-1/4 Cup Sea Salt Almonds
-22 Oz. Crystal Light Sunrise
Dinner (6:30pm)
-1 Bowl Broccoli & Cauliflower Soup
-1 String Cheese
-1/2 Oz. Gouda
-22 Oz. Water

Totals= 1232kcals, 58g protein, 29g carbs, 8g fiber, 21g net carbs, 87g fat, 4000mg sodium

Going to try and get my water in to try and flush out my sodium from today...

I keep yo-yoing up and down with the same pound this week and its driving me nuts! I really just want to lose faster considering Im only on week 2! Im not hopeful that tomorrow will be any different but who knows. The scale can be so fickle sometimes.

Here's my food:

Breakfast (7:45am): *Made a protein shake but got too busy at work to drink it.
-1/8 Protein Shake
-22 Oz. Water
Lunch (1:00pm) *Starving!
-1 Serving of Spinach and Ham Quiche
-1 Small Bowl of Cauliflower & Broccoli Soup
-1 Sugar Free Jello
-1 Diet Cherry Pepsi
Snack (2:45pm):
-1 Tbsp. Simply Jif
-22 Oz. SF Strawberry Lemonade
Dinner (7:30pm)*Buffalo Wild Wings
-3 Salt & Vinegar Wings
-3 Lemon Pepper Wings
-10 Pieces of Celery
-2 Oz. Blue Cheese Dressing
-24 Oz. Diet Coke

Totals = 1469kcals, 80g protein, 27g carbs, 7g fiber, 20g net carbs, 107g fat & 3696mg sodium

I really have to start getting my sodium down to a better level, I hate feeling like Im retaining water just because of sodium

I wish I could lay off of it but I need to keep myself accountable. If I dont weight then my weight just sky rockets
