Ate more than I probably should have but it was all low carb so I shouldnt feel that bad. Just hoping for the same weight or less tommorow--No gain!

Heres my food for the night:

Breakfast (10:00am):
-1 Jimmy Dean Ham & Cheese Omelet
-2 Slices Bacon
-1 Pepsi One
Lunch (1:30pm):
-1 Grilled Chicken Sandwich (Minus Bun) from Culvers
-1 Side Salad W-Ranch (Minus Croutons) from Culvers
-1/2 Packet Mayo
-2 Diet Pepsi
Dinner (6:30pm):
-1 Egg White Protein Shake (1 Scoop Egg White PP + 12 Oz. SF Almond Milk)
-2 Chicken Drumsticks
-1/2 Chicken Breast
-1 String Cheese
-1 Diet Mountain Dew
-20 Oz. Water

Totals= 1380kcals, 139g (41%) protein, 79.9g (54%) fat, 16.5g (5%) carbs, 3.5g fiber, 13g (4%) net carbs, 3067mg sodium.

So I think I did pretty good despite the fact that ate some SF candy. Just got to survive Easter and then I will be home free...

BINGE MONSTER

Well hello Binge Monster, its been a while since I've seen you, I would like you to leave because you are not kind to my waist line or my mental health.

After eating off-plan on Easter it turned into a two day binge-a-thon. Im trying to keep my bulimic tendencies under control as I began treatment and medication once again in February. Buts its proving harder as stress builds up. When I weighed in this morning I am afraid I won't hit the 150's by Saturday and it was all due to my lack of self control--so what do I do, make it worse and binge :sigh:

I just have to throw away all my bad food rather than scarf it all down and throw it up, and then feel horibble. I would really like to kick the habit for at least 30 days and then move on from there. But I guess it takes 1 day at a time. Tommorow Im back on plan, I have to do this if I want to look good and feel good in my Bridesmaid dress.

Hugs Hun. You already look good. Quit kicking your own arse. The crap food isn't good for us....yes, us...I did the same thing. Ate off plan...still off today. Dump the junk food. Get it out of there. Get some good food in you and plenty of water. Wash out the crappy way we will feel from this. Double spanx if it helps your self confidence. You look great, so don't wig out from this. The water weight from it will be gone in a couple good eating days.

Thanks ladies! I appreciate it. After feeling like garbage last night and knowing Id be up in weight today *which I am* I decided to throw all my food in the freezer last night and hide it in the cupboards for right now (I hate throwing food away) but out of sight out of mind.

All those old learned comforters come out in those times....food is probably number one for most of us. Learned behavior.

Starting fresh tommorow, trying not to get myself down, and finally make a promise to myself to become healthier as well as happier. Gunna set some guidelines up for myself, including a 'no binging' rule. Ive been far too lenient on myself and it needs to stop before I hurt myself further. Not much I can do but ride the wave.

Hopefully with my hair done, some spanx, and a tan I'll feel better in my bridesmaid dress regardless if I am 3 or 5lbs away from where I wanted to be it. Confidence is key right?

Got down to 160 by Saturday, so felt pretty good. Ate off plan yesterday and today, but it was worth my hard-work. Back to plan on Monday though, 1 wedding down 2 to go!

Wedding was excellent, I will give more details later, but here is a picture of me in my dress, (I'm on the left in both of them)

Thanks Kitty! I felt better in the dress then I thought I would, but it still felt a little tight sitting down. The next wedding I have is June 17th in which I am also a bridesmaid and then another one in August 4th in which I am the Maid of Honor. It is a crazy summer! SO I gotta keep my motivation up.

A little up in weight today, but that was expected. Wedding was super fun, and now back to the grind of my last month of Graduate School--Geez, Time flies. I'm scraping by on groceries right now, but I dont feel like going to go buy more, so I am going to play the 'get creative game' with my food and see how long it will last me before I go nuts. So my menu will include a lot of eggs, chicken, and cauliflower, but at least all LC

I set some goals again for myself just to keep myself on track this time, kinda depressing working my way back down the scale, but I feel that I am much more prepared this time to adapt to LC and stick with it.

Only up about 2lbs from this weekend, which is awesome considering I had fast food twice on Sunday. Back to low carbing though. I would really like to see the 150's again (hopefully sooner than later). Food should be relatively easy today and the rest of this week, although I am in need to go grocery shopping, Im holding out until its absoloutely necessary.

On Sunday the BF and I bought our plane tickets to Cancun for my Best Friends wedding, so I am very excited! My goal is to be bikini ready by August

This is true, not being able to hide in my winter coat and boots is for sure motivating me to get back into my summe clothes. Hoping for the 150's by Monday. Only about 1-1/2 pounds to go

Down about a 1/2 pound this morning so that was a nice surprise. I think I might go back to meat and egging until graduation. I just looked at the calendar and I graduate from grad. school in 23 days! Yikes! I would like to be around 150lbs or less by then so I think I can manage another 12ish pounds like I did previously. Keeping it off hasnt been so bad either. My TOM (or I should say Time every 3 months) is coming up soon too so I know once I get closer to that it will be harder for me to lose.

Meat and egging actually makes my life more simple and less complicated to think about--especially when I have so much to worry about right now, like my THESIS---

Im hoping for the 150's by tommorow, but that might take a miracle. I was a cleaning machine today too so didnt really have time to eat a ton. Ate 1/2 Jimmy Dean Omelet, 2 Slices of Bacon, 2 Diet Dr. Peppers, and 1/2 medium sugar free cheesecake (that was all my brunch) and havent had time to eat since. My apartment was in dire need of some deep cleaning

Tommorow I re-start my meat and egging, in order to wear something cute on graduation and look nice and feel good

Almost broke the 150's today, only 1/2lb off. But maybe by tomorrow! My goal is to be 158.8 by Monday, so 1.6/lb to go. Meat & eggs anyone

Yayy 150's! Its so nice to see them again! 159.6 this morning so right on track. To make my goal for Monday I just need .8/lb for tommorow. So Im on my best behavior today

At least getting the weight off that I had gained back after the summer has been relatively painless and quick this time. Having little tips and tricks that I learned last summer is defintely paying off the second time around. Yayy Low Carb!
