Been crazy busy so I haven't had time to update. My weight has been fluctuating a ton the past few days due to lack of sleep. Hoping tommorow it has a more 'normal reading' for myself once I go to bed at a normal time. Been eating on track all week though so it should pan out. I just want to see the 140's again. Nothing new really here, just trying to keep on plan

I am contemplating either a philly swirl delite or a SF Jell-O but since its close to 10pm I might not forgo it and maybe just go to bed early....

Playing the up and down game with the scale, not making me very happy at the moment. I just hope theres a loss by Monday. Glad its Friday too, having a chill weekend by myself trying to hold out on grocery shopping until winter break, although I may run out of protein before that, and may have to resort to eggs

LCing seems to be much slower the second time around, which I am not liking. Wish I saw the loss my first two weeks this time that I did when I first started. As much as I wanted to cheat today after I saw a gain on the scale, I am determined to persevere...

Also updated my ticker and stats today, its motivating to me when I get to change it, although I am embarassed to do so...but I think it had to be done.

Thanks Kitty!

Had a minor blip in my eating last night, but trying better this morning as I feel completely yucky. Gotta drive down to Hudson today, around a 1 hr drive, to finally pick up my car (its been getting fixed for 2-1/2 weeks after a girl ran into me in the parking lot) and I am very thankful to have it back as my moms car *the one I've been driving* is a huge truck and only get 15mpg, and it has been sucking my wallet dry. So after that I will be focusing a lot on my final homework projects, Dietetic Internships, and thesis writing, all very stressful parts of my life currently.

Blech.

Back again with my tail between my legs. Have a wedding to attend as a bridesmaid in 18 days. SO that means back to VLC. Started up last week and lost 6lbs, now just to tackle a million more. I will not let myself get off track this time.

Totals= 510kcals, 30.6g (25%) protein, 37.6g (70%) fat, 6.4g (5%) carbs, .6g fiber, 5.8g (4%) net carbs, 1154mg sodium.

Not a very diverse diet, but its getting the results I need pretty quickly. Also not very hungry must be the combination of fat and protein....

Down -1.0/lb this morning, yay egg fasting! I am enjoying the results of this however I am not enjoying my blah and sluggish demeanor. Im not very hungry but by the end of the day I just have 0 enthusiasm or energy to do anything. Must be the eggs getting to me. However, the results are great so I will keep on trucking. Trying to get back down to a weight where Im comfortable at again is such a struggle! Once this wedding in April is over I will have time to re-evaluate my WOE with more protein, veg, and dairy, and I am looking forward to it!

Week 1:
Day 1: -1.8/lb
Day 2: -1.6/lb
Day 3: -1.0/lb
Day 4: -.6/lb
Day 5: -1.0/lb
Day 6: +.8/lb (went off egg fast)
Day 7: -.4/lb
Total= -5.6/lbs

Week 2:

Day 8: -.4/lb
Day 9: -1.0/lb
Total= -1.4/lbs

Grand Total = -7.0/lbs

I have to wear a really nice dress on Saturday for a bachelorette party, so thats my motivation to continue on.

Tired and 16 Days til' Bridesmaid Dress

I think egg fasting is starting to get to me, feeling SUPER low on energy and just blah throughout the day, couple that with a combination of sleeping poorly the last few nights and I am a grumpy gus. However, my results are going good, so at least theres that. I know I will be eating more than eggs this weekend due to visitng the BF and doing Bachelorette party, but Im stilll indecisive to whether or not I will strictly egg fast come Sunday/Monday or just do VLC. The egg texture is starting to make me feel a little nauseus

I Would like to see another -1.6/lbs by Saturday so then I can make it an even 10lbs. But since I wont have a scale for Saturday & Sunday I guess I'll just have to do my best to eat LC without going overboard.

Week 1:

Day 1: -1.8/lb
Day 2: -1.6/lb
Day 3: -1.0/lb
Day 4: -.6/lb
Day 5: -1.0/lb
Day 6: +.8/lb (went off egg fast)
Day 7: -.4/lb
Total= -5.6/lbs

Week 2:
Day 8: -.4/lb
Day 9: -1.0/lb
Day 10: -1.4/lb
Total= -2.8/lbs

Grand Total = -8.4/lbs


Heres my food (added some bacon and cheese to make the eggs more palatable):

-32 Oz. Powerade Zero

-9.4lbs in 11 days :)

Had a good night with the boyfriend last night, and this afternoon I'm going to a bachelorette party for one of my best friends. We are doing an 80's themed stripper pole aerobics class around 2:30 and then were getting a hotel and going out to dinner and then hitting the bars. The dress I ordered for the occasion is a little tight, so its good motivation to not over eat or over drink. I had to get an emergency spray tan last night due to my pale leggys

The bf and I got some Chinese food last night as well. I stuck to a half order of chicken & broccoli and then a half order of beef & broccoli, no rice, I dont have my scale with me and last time used my boyfriends it overweighed me by a lot, well this morning I thought itd be different (bad idea) so it showed I had like a zillion pound weight gain, which I just dont belive. So I'll just hold out til Monday to weigh properly. I also stopped at GNC and got some egg white protein powder so I can use that in with my egg fast, I was hoping for chocolate flavor but they only had vanilla or pina colada so vanilla it was.

Heres my food from last night, a little over my carbs but I feel so much better and full of energy today which is good since I am going out.

Breakfast (9:30am)
-1 Jimmy Dean Ham & Cheese Omelet
-2 Slices Bacon
-1 Cup Cofffee
-20 Oz. Water
Snack (2:00pm)
-2 Light String Cheese
-1 Pepsi One
-1 Peanut Cluster
-20 Oz. Water
Dinner (6:30pm)
-1/2 Order Chicken & Broccoli
-1/2 Order Beef & Broccoli
-1 Diet Mountain Dew
-3 Sugar Free Pecan Turtles

Totals= 952kcals, 64.9g (28%) protein, 57g (56%) fat, 34.7g (15%) carbs, 6.2g fiber, 28.5g *12%) net carbs, 2830mg sodium.


Going out to brunch with the BF to Perkins, I plan on getting an omelet, some bacon, and a side of fruit. Not sure were were going to dinner tonight but I will be sure to stick to LC. If I look good in the dress maybe I'll post a picture

Might be salt causing water gain from the broc?

You'll look great in the dress...maybe to make you feel better, get one of hose spans type things for under it?

Monday was a long day today after an exhausting weekend! However, it was a very nice weekend and Im feeling good (depsite a little bit of weight gain). It was one of my best friends bachelorette party's this weekend so we went to a 'stripper pole aerobics' class which was a lot of fun and very hard

We then rented a hotel and went out to a nice dinner and then went bar hopping. It was so nice to relax and have fun with all my girls. The dress I ordered was a little tight but with some spanx and reassurance I felt pretty good in it. Having a spray tan helped too

I ate pretty well on Friday but Saturday all hell broke loose and I wasnt really worried about what I was eating or drinking, and even though I felt it was worth it, my whole last weeks of work didnt really show too well on the scale this morning. Hoping that going back on the egg fast will shed that weight quickly. Im hoping for around 14lbs in two weeks (a very tall order) but I just want to fit into my bridesmaid dress and look nice, so I can sacrafice my eating for 2 weeks. Hoping theres a lose on the scale tommorow.

Side Note: I also found out on Sunday that I got placed for a Dietetic Internship (its been 3 years in the waiting), and even though I didnt get placed for my first choice, I am still grateful that I have the opportunity and am looking forward to it come fall. Brings me one step closer to becoming a Registered Dietitian

Down -1 out of 3 of my pounds I gained from the weekend this morning, going in the right direction. Hopefully it comes off a little faster, Im going to stick it out for 11 more days (the day of my friends wedding). All my friends last weekend looked amazing and skinny so I feel really sad that I have put back on so much weight from this summer. Gotta get rid of my 'winter chub'. Not feeling tired or low on energy yet, so thats good. Will check in back later with my food

Heres my food for today, still trying to get in my water. Wasn't very hungry but ate 3 meals to make sure I got come calories in. I hope theres a lose on the scale tommorow, but we all know how fickle that can be. The only thing Im worried about incorporating into my food is the egg white protein powder and the SF Coconout Milk/SF Almond Milk, 1 scoop is 4g carbs with 2g from AS. Hopefully it wont be too detrimental considering its a nice break from eggs. If I start to suspect a stall from the milk I might mix with water and see how that goes.


Brunch (10:30am)
-2 Hard Boiled Eggs W-1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
-1-1/2 Cups Black Coffee
-20 Oz. Water
Dinner (4:30pm)
-3 Eggs W-1 Tbsp. Butter, 1 Tbsp. Cheddar, 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
-1 Slice Bacon
-1 Pepsi One
-20 Oz. Water
Snack (8:00)
-1 Egg White Protein Shake (1 Scoop Egg PP W-12 Oz. SF Coconut Milk)
-40 Oz. Water
-Vitamins & 2 Metamucil Pills

Totals= 687kcals, 61.8g (37%) protein, 42g (57%) fat, 10g (5%) carbs, 1g Fiber, 9g (5%) carbs, 1052mg sodium

Down -1.8/lb this morning, feeling pretty good that my weight gain from this weekend is almost gone. I am now officially on 'Easter Break' so I dont have class until next Tuesday. However, I wont be going home until tommorow evening. I find it easier to keep tabs on my eating while at my apartment rather than my parents house, and all my friends and BF are working so theres no reason for me to just go home and be a couch potato. I'm hoping for around 10 more pounds on the egg fast, so hopefully I can be diligent enough. I have to get my bridesmaid dress altered this weekend so I would like to be as close to my mini gw as possible.

Week 1:
Day 1: -1.8/lb
Day 2: -1.6/lb
Day 3: -1.0/lb
Day 4: -.6/lb
Day 5: -1.0/lb
Day 6: +.8/lb *went off egg fast*
Day 7: -.4/lb
Total= -5.6/lbs

Week 2:
Day 8: -.4/lb
Day 9: -1.0/lb
Day 10: -1.4/lb
Day 11:-.8/lb
Day 12: ?? *Went off Egg Fast*
Day 13: ?? *Went off Egg Fast*
Day 14: +3.6/lb
Total= 0lbs

Week 3:
Day 15: -1.0/lb
Day 16: -1.8/lb
Total= -2.8/lb

Grand Total= -8.4/lbs

Heres my food for the day:

Breakfast (9:00am)

-1 Jimmy Dean Ham & Cheese Omelet
-2 Slices Bacon

-16 Oz. Powerade Zero
Lunch (2:00pm)
-2 Eggs W-1 Tbsp. Butter & 1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
-1 Pepsi One
-16 Oz. Powerade Zero
Dinner (6:45pm)
-1 Egg White Protein Shake (1 Scoop Egg White PP + 4 Oz. SF Coconut Milk + 8 oz SF Almond Milk + Ice)
-40 Oz. Water

Totals= 693kcals, 58.8g (36%) protein, 43g (59%) fat, 9.9g (6%) carbs, 8.7g (5%) net carbs, 1821mg sodium.

Down about -1.4/lb this morning. So thats good, took off all my weekend weight plus some. Now to keep trucking until I see the 150's again. They're close so I have to stick with it. I just have to make it through the weekend and Easter

Will check back in later with my food
