Down -2.4lbs this morning

But I am still way above where I'd like to be in terms of my weight, but hopefully bridesmaid dress trying on wont be as bad this weekend as it was for my other friend (back in October).

I am feeling much less bloated which makes me and my jeans happy, hoping to have another big loss tommorow! This weekend with the BF will be the true test to whether or not I can come full cirlcle and stay back on LC, since I will be back in town and probably eating out. Friday night I am going out with him probably to dinner and a movie, then Saturday I am going wedding dress and bridesmaid dress shopping with my best friend, then later that night is one of my good friends birthday celebration at a bar. I haven't decided if I am going to the bar yet, but if I do, I probably will not be drinking very much at all. Just have to keep my eyes on the prize!

I am determined to meet my goal weight by January so I really have to get my butt in gear. I already joined the gym at school, so exercise shouldn't be an issue (just the whole getting up and going part...)

Also, thank God I found some quick LC breakfast options, that was really putting a damper on my day considering I was so used to eating my standard bacon and eggs for lunch every day this summer, but when you only have 40 minutes in the morning to get ready, cooking and eating just fall by the wayside. I found some delicious microwave Jimmy Dean and Crystal Farms Omelets which are only 4-5g carbs and add some microwave bacon I have my familiar meal once again. Plus they are so good!

I haven't felt the re-induction flu yet, but maybe I've re-inducted so many times I am immune to the symptoms. I actually feel pretty refreshed and energized, even though carbs taste really good, they make me feel bloated and bogged down, so its a wonder why I torture myself and the scale by eating them....

Hope today goes by quickly....off to class and work! I will check back later with my food log

Yeah, I don't get the re induction flu often now. I usually ease my way back in now, that helps a lot.

Hoping for a big whoosh before the trying on!

Down only about 1/2 pound this morning, but it's better than nothing. I did have to get up earlier than yesterday so maybe that's why it's only -1/2 lb. I would have liked it to be more, but I'll take what I can get right now.

I'm planning to make some Spaghetti Squash tonight for dinner, its my first time making it, so I hope it turns out alright. Its a little carbier than normal so I am trying to save my carbs up during the day so I can have it. Just finished my lunch a few minutes ago, so dinner probably won't be until around 6 or 7.

On another note, it feels so good to be back on the forum, keeps me very accountable, and makes me realize that eating this way makes me feel so much better. This time I'm making it to my goal, no more pit stops

Yes, I've gotten pretty good at knowing how many carbs are in some things just by habit. My BF is so funny, he doesnt quite understand what carbs are in sometimes, and me being a nutrition major, I find this pretty amusing. This morning we were making eggs, and he's said,'well at least we can have some orange juice with our eggs', then I told him no, carbs were in OJ but he could have some, then he offered me milk and I said I couldnt drink that either at least he's trying.

Survived the weekend!

So I survived the weekend on LC! First successful week and weekend back feels good. Hoping, despite the fact that Thanksgiving is this week that I can stay pretty diligent with my food eating.

This weekend went by so fast, I was kind of sad to see it go. Friday, the BF and I had a little bit of a date night, we went to see Immortals and then got dinner afterwards. The movie was good, but not as good as 300. I still have a soft spot for that movie. We got Chinese food from our favorite local place and I am proud of myself instead of getting my favorite orange or sesame chicken, I stuck with Chicken and Broccoli and completely ignored the rice or the fortune cookie that came with it.

Saturday, I got up early to go wedding dress shopping with my best friend, her mom, and her future sister in law. The first wedding shoppe we went to was very, very nice (dresses in the 4K+ range) and although my friend wasnt set on buying a dress there, the service was incredible, plus they give you free Memosa's upon entering I did have one, but only half of a small one so I didnt feel so bad.

Afterwards we went to Davids Bridal, no luck on wedding dresses there, but her future sister in law and I did try on some bridesmaid dresses, and despite the fact that I didnt like the size I was trying on, the dress was still very pretty for the one that she chose. I am hoping to be about 2-3 sizes less by August so I will look better in that dress but thats another story.

Saturday we also got about 3-4 inches of snow in Minnesota, so that was a bummer. I was supposed to go to one of my friends Birthday party, but since the roads were in bad condition and I was exhausted from wedding stuff, I opted in for a night-in with the BF, which was just as nice.

This morning I really wanted to weigh myself to see if I had lost weight since Friday, so I hopped on my BF's mom's scale, which ended up being a bad idea as it weighed me about 4lbs heavier than my own scale. I should have known better that scales are touchy and I should only use mine, but it got the better of me. Hoping tommorow its back in a normal range. I also got my TOM today so maybe thats some phantom weight gain....who knows.

Heres my food:

Breakfast (10:30am)
-2 Egg Omelett W-1 Oz. Colby Jack
-1 Diet Mountain Dew
Snack (12:30pm)
-1/2 Oz. Cashews
Lunch (1:30pm)
-1 Prime Rib Dip *No Bun*
-1 Side Salad W-Ranch
-1 Diet Pepsi
Snack (3:00pm)
-5 SF Doves
Dinner (6:00pm)
-1 Cup Spaghetti Squash W-1/3 Cup Marinara & 3 Oz. Ground Beef
-2 Oz. Parmesan Cheese
-1 String Cheese
-1 Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper
Snack (8:00pm)
-1 Chocolate Hazlenut DayBreak Bar

Totals= 1493kcals, 87.6g (23%) protein, 109g (65%) fat, 44.9g (12%) carbs,16g fiber, 28.9g (8%) net carbs, 2415mg sodium.

Down about a 1/2 a pound this morning from Friday, I wish it was more, but I am just glad that I didn't gain while I was home, I suspect that having my TOM is hindering some hidden weight loss as well, so hopefully when its gone by next week I'll have a nice whoosh waiting for me.

Next bridesmaid dress trying on/buying is scheduled for December 3rd (for another one of my friends wedding which is in June). I am hoping to be in the low 150's by then so I can order the dress in a single digit size. That would be nice....

I just have to keep some control over the holidays, I think I am going to my BFs Family's Thanksgiving this year, I might bring a low carb dessert or dish so I know I will at least be able to have something. Maybe a Sugar Free Pumpkin Cheesecake, because who doesn't love cheesecake?

Only a short two day week at school this week, and then I will head back to my parents house on Tuesday for about 5 days until I go back to Wisconsin. Gotta do some clean up of my apartment before I leave tommorow, and make sure to eat my food that will spoil while I'm going. Think I am going to eat the last of my spaghetti squash for lunch today after class.

Will check back in later with my food, happy Monday everyone

1 Week Back on LC!

Over my carbs today, but I blame the sweet cravings on my TOM. Hoping I lose at least a little by tommorow, otherwise I think I will be a sad Panda. Today marks the last of my spaghetti squash too, so there goes some excess carbage.

Heres my food:

Breakfast (9:45am)
-1 Jimmy Dean Ham & Cheese Omelet
-2 Slices Bacon
-1/2 Diet Pepsi
-2 Cups Coffee W-1 Splenda, 2 Tbsp. SF Chocolate Torani, & 2 Tbsp SF Peppermint Mocha Creamer
Lunch (1:00pm)
-1 Cup Spaghetti Squash W-1/3 Cup Marinara and 3 Oz. Ground Beef
-2 Oz. Parmesan Cheese
-1/2 Diet Pepsi
Snack (2:30pm)
-1 Atkins Chocolate Hazlenut Daybreak Bar
Snack (5:00pm)
-2/3 Cup 'Pumpkin Fluff'
Dinner (8:00pm)
-1 Chicken Breast W-Sage & Onion & 1 Tbsp. LC Ketchup
-1 String Cheese
-1 SF Jell-O
-1 Diet Pepsi

Totals= 1436kcals, 99.4g (26%) protein, 102.5g (61%) fat, 49.5g (13%) carbs, 14.3g fiber, 35.2g (10%) net carbs, 2478mg sodium

Not too bad. May be a bit over what you wanted, but not bad. Yep, w/out the yummy spag. squash around, you will be lower. Glad we can have these things once in a while though!

Same weight this morning, I attribute it to both TOM and being over my carbs, at least there was no gain. Had kind of a crazy morning today with work and was running all over the place, so my food wasnt the greatest, but thats alright. Hoping being at my parents house for this week will be easier than I hope, its always stressful being back home for me.

Plus, my TOM is being ruthless this month, I have never had such bad cramps and pain from my TOM in a long, long time. I had to stop at Walgreens on my way home to buy something for my cramps, which I have never had to do before. Hopefully, I wont ever have to again. Besides that, after I got home I found food to make a 'real meal' as I never really got to eat one today and enjoyed 1/2 sirloin steak and some mashed cauliflower. Always good. No big plans really for tommorow yet.

Heres my food:

Breakfast (9:00am)
-2 Cups Coffee W-1 Splenda, 2 Tbsp. SF Chocolate Torani, & 2 Tbsp. HWC
Lunch (11:30am)
-2/3 Cup 'Pumpkin Whip'
-1 String Cheese
-1/2 Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper
Snack (1:30pm)
-1 Atkins Chocolate Hazlenut Bar
Snack (2:30pm)
-10 SF Red Vines
Dinner (6:30pm)
-4 Oz. Sirloin Steak W-Butter & Worchesterchire Sauce
-1/2 Cup Mashed Cauliflower
-1/2 Cup 'Peanut Butter Whip'
-24 Oz. Diet Green Tea

Totals-1627kcals, 68.9g (15%) protein, 146.3g (73%) fat, 51.1g (11%) carbs, 16.7g Fiber, 34.4g net carbs, 1412mg sodium.

Over my carbs again today but I am being lenient with myself since its TOM. Next week going to limit my AS for sure.

Down about -2.2/lbs this morning, but I am not going to claim it since I am using a different scale. It was a scale I bought a while ago but left it at my parents house since the battery died *its a weird battery, sorta like a watch battery* well last night at Walgreens I picked one up. I know the scale is reliable I just dont know if it matches up with my one I have at school, which I know is pretty close to the Doctor's scale. Either way it feels good to be down that much and that much closer to the 140's again. Thinking maybe the diuretic in the PMS meds I took yesterday helped flush some stuff through my system (along with that SF candy )

Not sure I have much going on today, going to stick to LC once again. Might go to the store to pick up some stuff to make a LC dessert, or might just scavenge through our cupboards to see what I can find here. Food will pretty much just be based on what I can find in our cupboard/fridge today.

Hope everyone has a good pre-Thanksgiving! Until later

Ate some carbs on Thanksgiving and today, going to make up for it by being good the rest of my time home. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Probably will not weigh until Saturday or Sunday.

Hard not to eat a carbs on TG. You will be ok. Get right back to LC, and you will be ok.

Our big dinner is tomorrow. I know I will be eating some carby stuff too.

So 3 days not so much back on track stops today. Will be good starting tommorow once more. Just had to get through Thanksgiving with family, which was tougher than I thought It'd be. I was only up about 1.8lbs from 2 days off plan (which included pizza, Mcdonalds, and Thanksgiving fare) I figure that should come off easily enough. Looking to break the low 150's by the end of this week. I think I can do it

Monday has seem to come too early after having almost a week off for Thanksgiving. I am so ready to be done with graduate school and homework *Yuck*. Thank goodness I only have 1 semester left and the rest of my thesis to write, and it can't come soon enough. Fall semester has seem to come and go so quickly that I can't even understand how we only have about 3 weeks until the semester is over, and I have so much to do! Not to mention Christmas shopping....

As for weight loss, I really need to get back on the wagon and stick to it, I want to be in the 140's again by Christmas and maybe even in the 130's by New Years *which may be stretching my limits* but I can at least try, right?

I'm starting to feel the winter doldrums and am hoping I can keep my mood elevated, I always struggle with reoccuring depression but winter always makes it worse (kinda like SADD), gotta try and do something about it before I start to feel hopeless, at least LCing and losing weight makes me feel better about myself.

I adjusted my goal weight down to 125lbs to make me extra motivated, I always thought this number was unattainable and by getting to it I feel like itd be a huge confident booster. I don't want to look waifish by any means but being 'skinny' would be nice.

Not much else going on this morning, just waiting for my next class to start. Food should be fairly easy and simple as I have a night class today.

Hope everyone has a nice Monday

Still retaining some bloat from Thanksgiving break, but working on controlling that. Yesterday was another success of back on the wagon and I have no intentions of going off anytime soon. Food should be easy today, I have decided to start subbing my HWC for my SF Creamer in my coffee every other day to save on some carbs, because its bring me over the edge.

Food should be easy today, for lunch I will have some leftover taco 'stuff' and for dinner I have a turkey tenderloin, cauliflower mash, and green bean casserole to make (all LC of cource)

All things I planned to make before break for my mini-Thanksgiving but now I will be eating it all this week. Yum!

You will find the happy place between skinny and too skinny. If you get too skinny, we know all too well how to put a bit back on! LOL
