I'm back within my range!! 162.8 today..down 2.8lbs. The range I've set for myself is between 160-163 where my body is very comfortable at.

Well yesterday was more of a lc day...ran out of yogurt and lean meat so had chicken thighs (baked) and broccoli. After going to the store I had two servings of yogurt immediately..lol. Sooo good. Since I'm prepared for another few days of 17dd, I will continue doing this. Scale went down 0.2 to 162.6. I didn't drink hardly enough water or exercise! Going to make sure I get it in today.

Running late so a quick post-by..lol. Weight holding steady so I'm happy about that. I went shopping again yesterday and I'm getting myself in trouble. I've been exercising faithfully for 2 1/2 months and my body has really transformed. I literally had to talk myself out of spending more money because everything I tried on I loved and shows my slimmer figure. I finally did buy a pair of sandals I needed and put everything back. I won't have spending money if I don't stay out of stores. What a feeling!

I am so addicted to Greek yogurt... you have no idea. On p3 I would buy the plain, nonfat Fage in the 17oz containers and have 2 of those a day.

You are doing great on this plan! And it sounds like something way more enjoyable than p2!

So true! I still get stuck sometimes on that number but the clothes tell a completely different story. I wish I measured then I'd have a more accurate account of how many inches are gone. Thanks for the neverending support.

LOL...I do enjoy this more than p2...and the weight loss is as close to simeons as any plan can get. I just finished my peach yogurt and 1/2 grapefruit...YUM!

Thanks so much ladies.

I didn't weigh today..I was in a rush because I had to get some things together for my son's school (which I forgot to do last night). I also didn't exercise...ugh. I'll make up for it tomorrow. I have sooo much to do to get ready...why do I procrastinate?
A co-worker is leaving and tomorrow is her last day so we're taking her out tomorrow for lunch at a Thai restaurant and having a cake to celebrate afterwards....give me strength! I LOVE drunken noodles but I'm gonna look at the menu and try to see what else is LC friendly....

Thanks Meek, I wish I could say it was.

Today was so stressful!! I got thrown a MAJOR curveball and all I want to do is drown in something sweet...UGH! I came here for inspiration to keep me from going over. It's always something..just when you think you have things lined in a row something comes and KNOCK the hell out it!!!

Ok, feel somewhat better venting...heaven help me.

Thanks Brenda! It's a big problem but nothing life-threatening so that's a blessing. I think a way will be made to settle things, I'm sending it up and out of my hands for now.
Gonna exercise, that always help and will check back in later at work.

Aw, I'm sorry, Shari. I'm glad you chose exercise over eating something sweet! Exercise helps raise serontonin levels, which reduces stress. Feel better, .

Good morning ladies, thanks for the cyber hugs. I'm better today. I've been super busy tying things up at work and didn't even have time to come back here yesterday.

I didn't do well yesterday eating out and celebrating a co-worker's last day but back on track today. I have 3 days to get back within my range...it's definitely doable!
