LOL..while doing the protocol it collected soooo much dust. Had to wipe it completely down and was hoping the dust didn't lock the motor...lol. I love my treadmill and am so glad I bought it years ago..when I first started Atkins.

Peeked at the scale to make sure it's not going up, down a few ounces..0.6. So sitting at 162.8. My body loves it here so no surprise that it'll take awhile to get lower. Going to keep doing what I'm doing and let my body do what it's gonna do.
I didn't exercise as planned last night. I didn't get in until after 8 due to the weather. Getting ready to exercise now...will check back here when I get to work.

Scale calls me in the morning and then teases me...down 0.8 to 162 even. As long as it goes down I'm good..all these small ounces add up.
Gotta get the workout in then head to work. Will bbl...

Gracie~ I know...I'm trying not to stress about it but it's so hard when I'm sooo close..lol. I keep thinking to not weigh but it's like I can't shake it and just let it go! I'll just see how I feel each day when I get up.

Ok, gotta meet with a client...I'll visit other journals after we meet.....

Down 0.4 to 161.6. Slow moving but it's going down. One more week in cycle 1 then switching over to LC next Saturday. I plan to do a complete cycle when I come back. I see that the plan works and can take me to goal.

Thanks ladies!

Nothing new to report today except that I'm PMSing (which seems too soon but these weeks do roll around too quickly). I'm having severe cravings...I want a cookies & cream milkshake so bad! UGH....!! Ok, had to vent that. Good thing Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays..lol. I read that Beyonce said she allow herself one bad meal a week. I wish I had self-control to allow that. Once I eat off plan, I fight for days to get the carb monster under control..and sometimes I don't win. So I can't play that game...

Had a great workout yesterday....a whole hour! It felt good!

20 days until the cruise. I'm soooo excited!

Hi Shari!

One thing good about being old , no more TOM.
I know its not the same as cookies and cream but have you made any of the smoothies w/berries. 2nd day here that I made a peach smoothie. You could also do a mock chocolate pudding w/ plain yogurt, cocoa and sweetner.

Yep--I second that about being "old"!!! And about the mock chocolate pudding. I think I read somewhere that if you whip it up like in a Ninja or Magic Bullet and put it in the freezer for a bit, it comes out like a chocolate sorbet.

Ahhhh, cruise.... I am at T-14 days to Italy!!!

Hey Shari. Sorry about the cravings. I'm in the same boat. TOM still hasn't showed up. I'm not concern. There is absolutely NO WAY I could be preggers, lol. Anyways, girl, I went down Waldorf on yesterday and rode by TWO Cick-fil-A's... all I could think about was one of their milkshakes. I didn't stop (thank God). So proud of myself!

Keep fighting those cravings, they'll diminish soon, no worries. Stay strong, .
