Scale up a bit, don't know why(?). I exercised again yesterday but in the past it didn't cause me to gain every time I did...but I'm not worried. My clothes tell the truth.

I got Chobani greek yogurt last night and OMG I now understand the addiction! It was so good and so much better than the off-brand I bought before, what a difference. I had that (flavored with ff-sf cheesecake jello mix) for dinner and was full! I'm think I'm going to have GY for breakfast and dinner and eat chicken salad for lunch. If I want more, I'll eat more but for now my appetite has diminished and I'm following my body's need.

I'm in a training for most of the day (UGH) so will try to get back in between breaks and visit other journals.

Hi Shari. Sorry the scale is up. It'll be down in no time. I've seen that yogurt in the store, but never thought to try it. Maybe I will. Have fun in training. Enjoy the weekend too!

TGIF! Yup--Chobani rocks the Greek yogurt scene. The Trader Joes brand is similar in consistency and flavor too. If you are close to a Sams or Costco and have a membership, you can get a case of 12 Chobani for about $13--strawberry, peach and blueberry.

Thanks ladies. My morning is good, last night...not so good so I'll leave it there...LOL. I'm thinking of doing a strict yogurt day to clean things up/out. I'm eating GY with cheesecake flavor jello and it's divine now!

The sleepover is tonight but he's coming over some time this afternoon. I'm such a proud mommy...my oldest got straight A's for the third time this year and my youngest did very well too (not yet on grading system)!! He and his buddy coming over tonight received coupons to get free ice cream at Rita's for making the Principal's list so I'm going to take them all to get it. I'm going to stay strong.

One more week and I'm can move on to c2..I'm so ready. I didn't so so well this round as in my previous rounds but I'm still holding on.

Yay for your kids doing great in school!! I remember sleepovers but with girls..............ugh! If it is only 1 kid sleeping over you should be good. I don't remember my son having sleepovers.
Hang in there 1 more week.....you will enjoy it so much better.

Have fun today!! I am following your lead and bought SF cheesecake flavored jello to mx w GY. Going to put it in a pretty glass and dress it up with fresh strawberries.

One more week--we can do it! I am dreaming of pork tenderloin on the barbie.

LOL, yes I did! It was really nice and my sons had fun! At Rita's I got a sugar-free icee, mango peach...not too bad. It definitely wasn't the real thing but it was tasty, I'd get it again.

I didn't stick strictly to plan and am up 2.4lbs today. Eating clean today so hopefully some of that will go down. I have plenty of water and am working on it as I type..LOL.

I've been thinking about my health, 'diet', etc. and may make some changes in the next few days, all for the best--mentally and physically. I need to think more on it before putting it 'to paper'. Life is precious and I don't want to spend my days and time consumed with getting to a specific number. I just want to feel good and appreciate the way my body is, curves/shape..all. Of course I can still shape up and get more fit but when will I take the time to appreciate how far I've come and LIVE life? It's not easy to change the way I've been thinking but it will come with daily meditation and focus.

I feel good overall and am thankful EVERY DAY for this! I know that I'm going to keep exercise as a part of my life...the feeling is so euphoric!

There's a post on the playground no more diet thread where people are eating when they want to eat and what they want to eat. Not obsessing about a diet. I wish you well in whatever you decide. Only you know what is good for you.

Aww thanks Starry. I've been reading in there too and it's very encouraging. Don't get me wrong, I'm not fit or ready to call GOAL yet however I'm changing the way I think about reaching that place I keep thinking I want to be. I may sound confusing but it's like I'm working a puzzle right now and all the pieces haven't come together yet. Until then I'm still doing the 17dd because it's healthy and cleans out the junk I ate over the weekend.

Good morning Shari! I pray that you found the answer you are looking for right now. It's sad but I know at least for me, I will never be able to just enjoy food and relax. I've been dieting since I was a teenager I totally believe EXERCISE is the biggest key - both mentally and physically. You've got the exercise portion down, now the diet part - UGH.
