Totally excited to see how you do. Awesome I'm sure. I honestly can't wait until I can do a full round either way and see what it would do with reshaping. My gf did it after bypass and her waist is so thin now
Blueberries, strawberries, berries just put me in a happy summer mood! ![]() Thanks for the info about the Braggs. I have some and I could use it right now! Last edited by obraxton; 06-14-2011 at 07:55 PM.. |

Good morning ladies! Thanks Dessa - I think this program will be better suited for me this summer. The scale went down 3.4#
![]() I am almost back to where I was last Friday The Omaha plan seems like freedom compared to Simeons P2! The weight loss states about 15-20 pounds in a month which is great. I feel more at peace with my food choices and I feel it's healthier for me. I was feeling like CRAP on P2 - foggy brain, exhausted, and miserable. I feel like I can stick with the Omaha Plan. You are even allowed 1 light beer per day. If you pick Bud Select 55 you can have 2 !!! I'm always looking for the loophole Anyhoo, here was yesterday's menu for accountability:B: coffee Snack: 1 cucumber dipped in Walden Farms dressing L: chicken breast sauteed w/red onions Snack: blueberries Snack before dinner: orange D: Big Tossed salad - lettuce, red onions, red pepper, mushrooms w/ taco seasoned ground beef and salsa Snack: 100 calorie popcorn bag I drank a lot of water, zero calorie flavored water, and 1 coffee. It was funny, I made my popcorn around 8 pm as a snack while watching TV. All 3 of my kids kept taking it They are lucky I didn't bite off their fingers ![]()

It's an hcg plan that allows more calories and variety of fruits/veggies. You can also mix veggies. The calories are around 600-700. Oh, you can also have the 100 calorie popcorn bags instead of melba or grissini. I did read about a woman who used 2 slices of wheat bread (40 calories for both slices) and it also worked. I just needed more variety and food. I feel much better!

Just finished up lunch - weirdest thing happened! I made a nice tossed salad with multiple veggies and sauteed chicken with WF dressing/hot sauce. I got about 3/4 of the way through and was totally STUFFED. I couldn't finish it
I dropped my pellets down to 3/dose instead of 4, maybe that's my sweet spot. I'm NEVER full from salad ![]() ![]() |

Oh, you ordered pellets too...did you order them from netrition. That is what I was planning on doing last week...but havent done it yet. Do you like them better than the drops. I am so excited to get some because I think it will be easier. I just hate the taste the taste of the drops!!

Good morning ladies! Happy Friday
Okay, so I weighed this morning and I am down 2.4 lbs I was shocked. I followed the Omaha plan 100% and I really think my body is very happy with me adding the extra calories. I have now lost -10.8# for this round. I'm praying I can stick with it over the weekend at camp. We have friends joining us but luckily she doesn't really drink alcohol. We can just hang out and shoot the breeze ) and I didn't eat off plan. I didn't even have ONE beer! I made myself a 100 calorie pack of popcorn and nibbled on that. Yesterday's Menu B: coffee Snack: orange L: tossed salad: lettuce, red peps, mushrooms, red onions w/sauteed chicken in WF dressing/hot sauce Snack: 6 strawberries D: ground beef patty w/onions & mustard, tossed salad (same as above) Snack: 100 calorie popcorn I bought the Spritzers salad dressing and I used about 13 sprays on my dinner salad. It was Italian and it was 13 calories and very tasty. Everyone have a FABULOUS Friday! |
