LOL, no I should've said hot cocoa and strawberries as two separate snacks Now Gracie has a recipe for crack cocoa, I think is the name, and I can see maybe dipping the strawberries in that.

I have found that the low cal hot choc is REALLY GOOD!!! Mine is 25 cals. Have a GREAT DD!! I envy you fasters!!!..

Good morning! I'm so happy it's Friday My kids have a half day today and I think they're off Monday for Presidents Day. They'll be uber excited. Yesterday's DD went well. I fasted til about 4:00 pm and then I had some carrots dipped in low-fat ranch and 3/4 of a philly cheese steak sandwich from Market Day. I mostly ate the meat and not the bread. My calories were right around 600. My weight this morning was exactly the same as Tuessday morning. Not bad considering all the lasagna on Tuesday and cabbage/corned beef on Wednesday that I ate! I seem to be maintaining and not losing right now. It's probably because my UDs are too high. I try to keep the calories logged but I seem to be eating whatever I want I'm still down about 10 lbs. from when I started though!!! I need to start doing a better job tracking my UD calories and not turning them into FREE DAYS!!

JUDDD seems to be agreeing with all of us! From everyone's journal readings, can you tell how free and happy we all are?

I am with you Gracie in that I need to keep better track of my intake on my updays. I tried and did pretty well yesterday. I had a few bad items on there but I'll tell you what, as the warmer weather approaches, I feel the need to eat less and less of the really bad stuff and more of the fresh good for you stuff. Here's hoping

Good morning! Today is a DD and I'm going to try and fast until dinner. We had MIL over last night for a great dinner - sauerkraut, kielbasi, pork, hot dogs, and mashed taters. She brought a chocolate crazy cake I need a good DD today to set me straight I'm also going to try and get an hour of Callanetics in - I've been slacking off there! After my last session I was so sore

DS has basketball game tonight so that should keep me busy and hopefully not worried about food

Oh, Gracie! I am sooooooo positive you can do it! 3 months? Less than 20 lbs? Easy peasy lemon squeesy :LOL:

You know, I was JUST this morning thinking if I am going to make the 175lb marker (or size 10 if I am not weighing still) I have to 100% dedicate myself to better control of my JUDDDing and workouts. (I was thinking this on my way in to work. I heard them say 30 some days left til spring! That was surely the push in the arse I will need - that and my upcoming California trip ) ....

We have a great group of dedicated women who post in each other's threads. I'm wondering is a lil' challenge may help us

I need a good kick in the butt!!! 30 days til spring - EEEEKK!! I'm always up for a good challenge. I really need to start exercising - that is the key to losing for me. Maybe we could do a 10 lb. challenge?

Hey Gracie, I know what you mean about seeing some virgin weight loss soon....these same ole pounds are getting old.

I LOVE challenges...gotta have a nice reward at the end to up the motivation..maybe something we can reward ourselves upon reaching it...

Good morning Gracie! I too believe that 20lbs is a piece of cake. I find that when I set a goal it helps me get things moving again. I would be up for participating in a challenge! Let's do it!
