I'm throwing the Ramen noodles away. I wish I knew where I could just buy the seasoning. They are only like 25 cents at our grocery store so it's not that big of a deal. My husband looks at me like I'm crazy!

The scale wasn't too bad this morning. I'm a little above my lowest but after the weekend that's pretty good. Yesterday I did a sort of steak day. I had the miracle noodles for lunch and then for dinner I had steak and mushrooms. I peed like a crazy person yesterday. I know the carbs filled up my fat cells for sure Today is an UD and I had coffee and a breakfast sandwich so far. Not sure about lunch and dinner yet. We have to go to the funeral home tonight so maybe we'll get dinner afterwards.

Oh I forgot, I read the entire book last night. It was pretty good but I knew most of the information already. I got some good ideas for DDs though I also realize I should start some weight training/exercise program. I may join the local gym - it's only like $20/month. I would like to start lifting 3x/week.

Gracie, not sure if this will work with the noodles, but GOYA makes a product called "Ham Seasoning". They are packets that come in a small jello sized wood colored box. It has a pig on the front. I use it as my go to seasoning when I want meat flavor. a half packet usually works probably a little less for the noodles, I can't remember how many packets in a box, maybe 8? About a dollar a box.

Thanks for the heads up! I will try to locate that seasoning. Where do you find them in the store?

Thanks! I shall look for them. I don't know if there is a hispanic section I know there's italian and mexican because that's where I buy my pasta and taco stuff I'm such a plain, bland cook that I probably never even noticed the hispanic section

LOL well, growing up in SC, there were no such sections, but they're all over NJ, so I figure it would be the same for PA too

Good morning!! I don't have a lot of time but just wanted to pop in. Yesterday's UD was a very high UD. After the funeral home we picked up these italian sandwiches called Battleships They are so good!!! I'm sure I was over my allotment. These sandwiches are famous here in the Burgh - I just had to eat it Today is a DD and I'm thinking about getting some Slim Fast shakes and just doing a shake day. After reading the book I see how important the DDs are and he definitely recommends the shakes. I've never NOT eaten though in a full day. I could always cook up some miracle noodles too.

Everyone have a fantastic hump day!

The sandwiches are about 36" long and weigh about 5 lbs. each They are so freaking good! I'm gonna need a lot of willpower to only do shakes today

Oh Shari they are delish!!! And the hoagie roll is homemade I think the bread is the very best part.

I'm thinking of changing it up and doing a steak day again. I love steak and have good results. It's 1:35 pm here and I haven't eaten yet. Just got me some coffee to fill the tummy.

I had a good DD yesterday. I didn't eat all day until dinner and I had NY Strip steak and sauteed mushrooms. I got in about 80 ounces of water but it's cold here and drinking water just makes me colder. I weighed this morning and I'm down -0.8# from my last DD. That's awesome considering I probably ate 3500+ calories on my UD Those Battleship hoagies were scrumptious though I'm 1.6# from my lowest JUDDD weight, so not too bad considering the holiday weekend and then the Battleship incident

So far today I've had coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I was starving driving the kids to school today. My tummy was GROWLING like crazy. So at least I know my SIRT1 gene should be REVVED up!!!

Everyone have a great day and thanks for stopping by

It should help with the hunger. Maybe drink some hot tea w/lemon or coffee with a little milk? If you are super hungry - EAT SOMETHING!!! You shouldn't be starving if the hhcg is working. It could be just head hunger too. I will pray for you today Tonia! Hhcg is so hard but so worth the rewards.
