Pati, why not try NDC? That's what I use...less fat, and cals, but 1c per Tbsp.

Thank you Angela, I guess since it was not in our insurance policy to get a loaner, they are not offering one up! My Son's truck is a big ole honking 4 wheel drive Full Size Ford... HUGE...

I should be grateful he left it here just for me though... actually he bought a new sports car and didn't need the truck anymore.. its almost brand new, but I don't want it...

And unfortunately we all know too well if the cost of gas goes up, so does EVERYTHING ELSE!

Pati- I am on P3 now.. but I gained about 6-7 pounds back due to being sick for 2 weeks and just eating whatever I wanted. I am now back down to 241 this morning. Eating low carb basically. I ate 1/2 an apple today. I am not trying to "not" lose weight. Whatever happens, happens.

I had the same attitude as you in P3. I said I wouldn't freak about the scale (I still weighed daily). I ate ALOT in P3.

Stabalized extremely well til last week which was the end of P3 where I lost 2 lbs. Losing those 2 lbs put my load weight to 6 (loaded Easter weekend for 3 days). I count every pound. So I altho I had lost the 2 lbs in the end of P3, I added them during my load gain (did any of that make sense?

)

When do you go back to P2?

Sounds like everyone's doing well.

I'm doing better, now that I've figured out that artificial sweeteners are not my friend, and that consuming too much of it bloats me up and stops my weight-loss in its tracks.

At least I figured out what the problem was am back on track. Still, losing a week to something like this makes me

! Cookies and cake, I can understand, but SF pudding mix and SF popsicles?
