Hello ladies! Well i am completely off plan this week. I am so happy to have found out about the candida issues, and the simple natural way to get rid of it. My research says kill it, starve it, flush it. You kill it with Pau D'arc tea, starve it with yeast free diet (mostly very low carb, no sugar even fruit) Flush it. A good lymphatic cleanse is to drink the juice of one lemon in a cup of water each morning with a little cayenne pepper. Caprylic acid is known to have anti-fungal as well as some anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. This is what Coconut oil is made of which is why its good to start using it in place of butter and other oils. Oil of Oregano is also a anti-microbial properties as well as its high anti-oxidant properties. It cleans the body's digestive, reproductive, and respiratory systems of yeast, fungi, or bacteria.
Who KNEW?
After all this reading I realize i have probably have had this issue for years never know the yeast was the cause. I am amazed!
But so happy to know the direction i need to take. I am hoping after two weeks of doing the cleanse, i can pick up with the hcg and just run with it.

wish me luck!

How does doing this cleanse make you feel? Does it upset your tummy while detoxing?

I know, me too!

Good plan, Meek.

So, how's everyone doing today? I'm good. I'm eating on plan, getting in my workouts, and am finally starting to see some progress both on the sclae as well as in the mirror.

Thanks Deb &Shari, I dont know about you guys, but i hate being in limbo. I just couldnt undertand why someone 300lbs couldnt lose weight eating 1500 calories? Frankly it just doenst make sense. But it does once I realize heres this underlying issue causes problems. i am just so thrilled to know what it is, and know i can get rid of it so simply.

Kandi, i dont know about the cleanse per say because I am not using a "cleanse by name". I am just drinking the pau d'arc tea which i was already drinking b4 but for colds and stuff. Then i ran out. I didnt realize how much better i felt when I was drinking it everyday..go figure right. The oil of oregano is literally just that, and im starting slow 1 capulse a day, next week maybe two. I am cooking with the coconut oil in stead of the olive oil, althought i still use the latter for salads. I am doing a completely low carb meal, no fruits, no cheese either since thats kinda off limit with yeast issues. Will let u know if i have any die-off (ie- reactions)

OMG.. that is so funny Kandi, having a drink for everyone in the journal, she wouldnt remember she went on vacation! roflmao! I was literally picturing that in my mind.. She probably wouldnt remember she had a journal!

Have a good weekend! Enjoy your journey everyone!

We are ok but my new car is not. Windshield is broken front end squashed. Grrrrr. Anyway we lived and made it. Now time to drink all that wine.:

Did its eyes look like this and your eyes look like this when it hit your windshield? So glad no one but the deer was hurt, sorry to hear about your new car. I know you really needed that wine after your ordeal.

Have a nice visit and weekend!

Thank you ladies! Yes I am enjoying the rest of my weekend..we went to my nephews play last night and it was wonderful of course.. he was fantastic!! such a star...

We decided to hold off on the wine until tonight since we were so tired!! So we are gearing up for a nice wine tasting party tonight with the girls... here in Arkansas in this county it is dry, meaning no booze sold in a store.. so my sister told me about this lady who takes DONATIONS for bottles of wine her father had collected over several years..

So of course we had to go by there and donate $5 per bottle of some of the nicest wines I have seen. We got 12 bottles.... What a bargain!!! now don't think of us as lushes... we just enjoy a good glass or 6 of wine...

Hey, I deserve it!... anyway.. things are good eating wise, staying too busy to worry about food... WHAT??? I will get right back on my plan when I get home.. not concerned at all.. hope all of you are doing well!

Yes, Maggie that darn deer's eyes DID look like that and WE were in shock too... you know what was funny wierd though? So many men in trucks just passed us by.. no offer for help in any way. I thought that was odd.. At least in my town a man will stop and see if they can do anything for you.. not in THAT town..... boo for the guys there...
