Yes actually I am 12 in my heart and mind. I will forever be 12. No worries, no debts and just playing outside, riding a bike and rollerskating all day long. Ah, those were the days.

Ok FINALLY!! 181 this morning!! 101 pounds... gone hopefully forever!...

Hey Deb & friends!

Deb, congratulations, hon!

Hope y'all had a great weekend. I did. I swear I ate like I was loading for an hcg round! But it was all LC, so it was all within my plan. I'm thinking that I need to mix things up a bit - less fat and more protein along with being lower carb. So, that's the gameplan for me. Here's hoping that it works, and I drop some more flab!

Deb you are a legend, so glad you have made it to where you were going, onwards and downwards from here. Good going.

JUDDD results are in... first week on hhcg and doing JUDDD.

Okay, now the total loss for the week is 3 pounds... may not look like huge numbers, but considering what I ate on the up days, it's very pleasing - I think.

Up days included, on 2 occasions - 2 large fresh cream filled doughnuts, coke - full sugar variety, a large bag of potato chips on 2 days, ricies and full cream milk for breakfasts, vege burgers with egg and cheese fried in virgin coconut oil and on a nice fat white bread bun for lunches, banana cake filled with fresh cream and icing, chocolate peanut muesli bars for snacks... the list goes on.

So you can see I took no prisoners on the up days, ate anything I wanted, did not care, did not count calories, but guess am mostly in the 1900 to 2500 range.

There was no pressure, NO sense that failure would occur, just kept it going, on some occasions the scale went up, but I did not falter, this is so much better for your head, than normal dieting.

A bonus too... don't need to buy so much food.

Down days are aways about the same food.

Breakfast 3/4 cup full fat greek yoghurt with some vanilla stevia drops in it.
Lunch- 2 cruskits ( type of puffed wheat crispbread) with vege lunchen and a tomato.
Dinner- one slice of thick grain bread with a decent chunk of mozerella cheese or some homemade vege bean chilli.

I am not good at drinking water, I don't like it, so I water down the coke, 1/4 coke to 3/4 water, I can then drink this no problems.

So thats the verdict for the first week, I am happy.

FANTASTIC!! that is how I also felt about JUDDD. There is no guilt, just a wonderful plan. I just had a hard time on the down days. I love the plan though and you are rocking it!!! Keep up the great work!!

well this morning I am down another .4 to 180.6 I think? I was so tired when I read the scale... I know it was in the 180 area.

Hope you all have a great day! I am heading down to Arkansas this week, on Wednesday... we are having a mini sisters reunion again. Only 3 of us this time but also our older daughters. We are seeing my nephew in a play that he is starring in... he is such a ham.. and in his senior year of college. He wants to be a broadway star!!... GO BRADY!...

So I won't be online the last part of this week, but I will be a good girl... I HOPE!...
