On the upday I am eating around 1900, I was going to stick to 1200 originally but blew it. So far lost 2.64 pound over the first 2 days, then was still the same on next weigh in, only doing the weigh in every 2 days. I think will have to look at the whole weeks loss, rather than day by day. I am still eating a bit of junk food on the updays, so that could be improved upon yet. But I really like this style of losing, no pressure anymore, it's very simple.  |

Good Morning Friends.. I am better today thank goodness, I felt like a knife had stabbed my insides yesterday... uggg.... it took till afternoon for the pain to finally leave me.. so today I feel weak in the gut, but like a million bucks otherwise..
I also lost 3 pounds.. .not the way I wanted to though..  99 pounds so far folks.. ALMOST TO 100 pounds lost since last July!... whoo hoo...  |

Nice on the 99 pounds. Only one more little release and you hit an amazing milestone. I have to admit though when I read "99" I started singing "99 bottles of beer on the wall". . . hee hee. |

OMG 99lbs gone?!?!? DEFINITELY TIME TO CELEBRATE! Tomorrow when you hit the 100lb mark, go out and buy something pretty for you to wear.

Afternoon all.. I didn't make the 100 pound mark today, darn it! I kind of knew that part of that 3 pounds was dehydration, and that is ok. Maybe tomorrow...
Anyway, gorgeous day here today, so I have been outside. It is still kinda cool, but I can't handle too much heat, so I love IT!.. working on my backyard which is my OASIS!! I love spring and summer.. can't wait to get my tropical paradise all set up for the year.... |

Morning all! Well today I am .2 away... HOLY moly what is the deal?...
Oh well.. it's just a number, and I have been eating well, and doing fine, so I am not worried. I have also been exercising so it may have something to do with that... 182.2... After 13 days, I have lost 12.8 pounds.. not as good as my first round, but I am not gonna sweat it. Today we are going to plant our garden, and hope for no more freezes...  I love love love FRESH veges and this year I want to grow my own... hope they turn out... Everyone have a wonderful Sunday! Meek hope your baby is feeling better real soon... nothing worse than a sick baby!. Shari, that weather sucks...  hope your weekend is going well anyway! Marva, good to see you this morning... yep, that is Meek! She is a beauty like you and Shari! oh and Pati, who won't show her pics much, but we have seen them!.. and Loretta of course who is gorgeous... and Sans who is a red headed beauty... and Angela who I have never seen a picture of... ?? or Brenda.. another who is gorgeous on the inside, have not seen a pic yet.. oh and Laura who is a knock out!! Then there is Maggie, who I have seen far away pics of, but of course she is lovely!!!
